The New is a wonderful river! Too bad there isn’t more of it. It’s big water - kinda Grand Canyon sized. I had a blast the couple of time I got to run it. It is NOT a beginner run!

Thats Kanawah Falls on the Kanawah River, completely different section. The Kanawah River is formed at the confluence of the New and Gauley Rivers
