Shorter wheelbase four seater based on R1 gen2 platform . Truck based on r2 platform. Mass market things are a new platform.

Nothing is live about it yet on their website unfortunately. When more info on the charger comes out they will most likely have a dedicated page

I would buy/lease the reasonably priced feature rich R2 in a NY Minuit but Rivinan won’t produce it till 2026. WTF Rivian? I can’t wait that long. Get your but in gear.

Get real. Rivian VTL is not going to run your house. Maybe, just maybe your refrigerator. Anything else is just hyperbole. You are so misinformed.

To power the average house you need 29 kWh, Rivian’s battery sizes are as follows… Standard: 106 kWh Standard+: 121 kWh Large: 131 kWh Max: 141 kWh So it’s seems it is 100% able to run the entire house for multiple days. What am I missing?
