I bought it. I have 3a curl. I need to slightly diffuse after the hairspray for it to work. W/o the diffuser it’s a no go for me. I also did get a bit of a hard cast near my roots. Overall good product and got the job done.
Fun fact: even if you use a diffuser that has a bigger end, you can still use the Rizos diffuser. Just fold in the bottom flap and it creates a larger area for the diffuser. Hard to explain with text, but I bet they explain on their website.

A trick we used to do in the salon was to spray and use a cool/cold blowdryer, holding the head in the position, left or the right side. No need to do all of that maneuvering.
I curl my hair in the summer… this year I’m considering keeping it curly past September. I used to have to wet it every day but thanks you and so many in this community sharing their knowledge, I can go a full week without wetting my entire hair. My question is do I need to invest in a Dyson? I have a regular hand held dryer and a diffuser. I am loving the Rizzo products too. Thanks in advance!
Hey Bianca!! I have a question but not related to this video. I finally tried the sample of Curlsmith oil n cream then In shower style fixer for this TX humidity , but the gel felt like not slick, sticky and even rough in my hair. I had some definitions and light hold but it felt bad! Does your hair have to be REALLY soaked for it to work? Any thoughts would help! I have high po and 4A hair
Thank you for this video. I have two bottles of Innersense, I create finish; I tried the product 2x and did not get the results that I was looking for so I stuck it in a cabinet and there it stayed. After watching your video and using your application method I must say, my hair looked amazing all day, I had nice volume and my hair felt light and bouncy. I hope that Rizos Curls makes just the hair spray available to purchase, until then, I do have the two bottles of Innersense that I will be putting to good use.
I bought a few products from this brand cause this video! Unfortunately, the hairspray leaves my hair sticky with a hard cast, even after I do plenty of shaking my hair around. I may have to stick to just gel or maybe a spray that doesn't leave a sticky feeling. I'm still excited to try their shampoo/conditioner and leave in!
Did you ever tried the sheamoisture jbco strenghten and restore leave in conditioner and the smoothie of that line? I recently switched to this line, from the coconut and hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie. Because with the curl enhancing smoothie my hair was still dry and my end were tangled at the end of the day. 3 years ago the curl enhancing smoothie did work for me. But not i have shorter and thicker hair beacuse it isn't weight down because of the length, the product didn't work anymore. And now i use a serum and then layering the leave in from the jbco line. And my curls are moisturized and my ends don't get tangled. But because it is very warm in The Netherlands, that is where i live, i ordered the smoothie also. I want to see if it even better if i layer both products in my hair. I have high porosity 3c hair, maybe also 4a or vice versa 😂
i know this has nothing to do with the video but i need help, when i go up on the strand of my hair it is smooth but when i got down it is bumpy, i have an oily scalp, but water absorbs quickly, also it takes a long time to dry so im confused if i have high or low porosity
