New Rochelle Fire Department Engine 21, Ambulance 30A1, NEW Car 2302, and Rescue 4 responding to a motor vehicle accident with reported entrapment on Interstate 95 southbound between Exits 16 and 15 in New Rochelle, New York. Car 3015, Engine 24, Ladder 12, and Ambulance 30A2 from the New Rochelle Fire Department also responded to this call, but are not seen in this video. Car 2302 reported there was no entrapment and only minor injuries and held with Engine 21, Ladder 12, and Rescue 4, returning Engine 24. Car 2302 was placed into service in early November, 2020.
