So I never actually played RPG Maker before but it always intrigued me 🤔 Now, I'm not the biggest "turn-based" RPG fan but I love creating stuff.. So my question is: do these games allow you to insert "real time battles" or is it all just turn-based? 😬 Nice video btw 👍
I had MV on the Switch. I knew they were going to be limitations since it was on the console. But the only problem I had with that whole experience is the censorship of words. I played other people's created games and it was so horrible that most of the time I can hardly make out what item I had or what a character was saying because the slightest abbreviation was censored. I deleted the game after a few days realizing that all the console versions were like that. Especially for the Switch, it completely ruined the experience for me. I'm pretty sure this one will be no different so I much rather stick with the PC.
I agree, I think the ability to share in game created assets is amazing and what we all want! Having that console limitation though ruins it, hopefully it can come out on pc!
@@TrickedGhoul It's just the way it is in Japan cause consoles came first. Most people didn't even have PCs at home until the 90s, 10 years after consoles were popular.
All this is doing is taking MZ assets from PC and porting it to consoles with some new added assets that they'll eventually sell to MZ owners as a WITH DLC. It's clever and scummy.
