I love that the sba wants to have this available to us, but they need to be in front of banks. It seems like the banks are gatekeeping and blocking us for reaching these options, or the institutions don't know enough about the programs to be of any help. These brick walls have to end.
I would avoid the big banks altogether. The best banks for SBA loans are 1. Live Oak Bank 2. Bank of the Lake 3. Newtek. 4. Readycap. I would avoid banks and work with Non-Banks. Non-Banks only make money if they make the loan. Banks make money from deposits.
At this time specifically if have business in Los Angeles still struggling I think credit line will help and if the 7 a gets easier to get I have applied we have been denied because of our score at 152 sba requires 155
I'd love to be clarified about this business financing option. I observed that payment has to be made for subscription and then one can have access to the application page.
