Bro if you are losing consistent, it means you just have to do the opposit of what youre strategy says. So if youre strategy says short you go long and the opposit
RSI middle crossover plus 9/50 EMAs. I also like to use Heikin Ashi for better trend following. Keep your stop loss tight and try to ride with the trend as long as you can.
Backtested with replay and work really well. You just need to turn off the smoothing, so it won't repaint. When it's heavily trending, then it may cause even 4-5 losses in a row, so other indicators/strategies may work better during them, but on sideways it's diamond. Some tips for better entries: 1. no entries when RR is less than 1. 2. no entries when there's a big fat bounce candle as it usually reaches too close to the middle of the envelope, so RR goes below 1. 3. try to aim TP to the middle of the envelope, you can get even RR of 1:5 in some rare cases, but good aim is 1-1.5.
There are restrictions that could limit one from achieving this so I use an expert while I trade on a cash account and above the PDT rule for high profitable trades, I make around £ 2k weekly with his help cause trading is quite complicated

Thanks for the update and keep doing what you do. My journey in the current market has taught me a lot of lessons, at the top of that list is that it never pays to live above one's means. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around $600k to a decent 7 figures in the space of a few months. Sad to say but a lot of us have poor money management skills. My 2 cents -get an advisor to keep you accountable and aid you make better decisions, Florence Osborn has been helping me a lot, all through my journey. I find it better to pay a little bit more for peace of mind than worry about money or market trends and still get burned.
My growing love for crypto caused me to explore until I came across Florence Osborn Crypto(although I'm trying to avoid sensationalism) she is by far the best. No hype for hype's sake, but great inspiration to trade Crypto.
Due to the resent fall in the crypto market, I don't think it's advisable selling, it would be more beneficial and yield more profit if you actually trade with Florence signals.
The only problem is Nadaraya-Watson is a repainted indicator, which means the past lines drawn could be shifted in the future. But I have applied this technique and it works 60 to 70%
I would like to see you replay the backtest that you did. I’m 90% positive that half of those breaks didn’t break live. Pretty sure it repaints a insane amount for example the price was in between the outer envelope lines and then like 30 minutes later the direction of the stock pulls the envelope lines to where it “looks perfect” after the fact??
I tried it on demo and it worked. but you have to follow it properly. also I wanted to see if I can increase the tp and I waited for it to reach the other side of the envelope (the top or bottom yellow line). It will repaint, I’ve used it and it repaints only real time, even several minutes after it has issued signal. Bollinger bands or a derivative better option
I havnt used it but most likely repaints only before the candle is closed or possibly the next candle after could be within the open/close period for a candle before it becomes permanent.
Most of LUX's free indicators repaint a lot (not just before candle close). That is part of their marketing strategy for their premium indicators that don't repaint.
LOL just tested this in replay mode and it doesn't work. I see a lot of these youtubers use LUX indicators and then having referral links to LUX Algo Premium. This is unfortunately a scam.
I backtested this strategy and I was so happy that it works.. then I watched live charts and I noticed those 2 lines move with the chart. What this strategy tells us to do is to open short in uptrends and open long in downtrends, that's not a good idea.

@@adrianospina7150 I didn't have time to watch the indicator before market close. I simply read through the comment section both here and on the indicators tradingview page. Both say that it repaints very heavily. One person in the comment below said that the winrate of this strategy is actually around 60% once repainting is taken into account, but I haven't checked that myself nor do backtesting results always translate accurately into actual results. Any time a strategy uses a Lux Algo indicator, or promises accuracy of an unusually high amount, check the indicators for repainting.

For those who are lazy , I actually back tested this and I got a 80 percent win rate out of 40 trades ….. after trading for 5 years I thought this was fishy so I tested to see why this was so high of a win rate and guess what !!! The Lux indicator use in this strategy is a lagging indicator … meaning in real time it will not give u the same results as through a backtesting
I think that’s why you need to wait until after the first green candle to wait for confirmation. By then the lag should be caught up enough to make a trade.
it works if you untick the 'repaint smoothing' box under inputs. and the rsi is useless. and the atr is just there for stop loss guidance. you can do this same thing on bollinger bands as well. good vid

I took 15 trades with this strategy over the last two weeks. I had 11 wins and 4 losses. Two of my losses were from the market moving down. It would go out side of the NWE indicator and never get back to my 1.5 TP. I will keep trying it out. This was a grate video.
1. I think you never traid live this strategy. Becouse Nadaraya watson is moving with every new candles. So you have an entry and after 3 candles is the indicator is moving the position and it looks like is no longer a good position to entry.
Tested just backtest in todays EU chart and there was about 16R available. You can push your TP past 1.5 R if your know price action. Only 2 losses or 1R each but still over 16R. Great little strategy that I’m going to use 👍🏻
Anyone who finds this video. I would not suggest using this strategy. The Watson Envelope indicator repaints. This means when you back test, it looks perfect but in real trading it doesn't work at all.

The short you took at minute 6:30 it is outside the rules, the green candle that went out the yellow tunnel and the red candle you used for the short were not with "over bought RSI". Note Don't take longs when you see the yellow tunnel is going down with a strong degree, unless it is a green hammer pointing up. If you are careful with that this is more than 80% win rate strategy.
@@philipjaramillo4279 in general, the longer a trend runs, the higher the possibility of a correction or reversal. But that's a matter of experience over tine and failure.
As with most strategies based on breaching a channel, IMHO this will work best when the trend is flat. When there is a pronounced trend I would trade in the direction of the trend only. Also keep in mind strong supply/resistance, supply/demand areas that may limit the profit target.

Okay but is not luck, is all about having good investment plans most of all trading with a trust worthy expert. Watching professional trading videos and most especially connecting with the right person the digital world is full of in unreal people I met some of them during my success journey. I felt same way when I started especially when you use demo account you might be winning but when you put in real money you start losing I understand and I pass through it all. I’m very happy I’m profitable now.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. You were right to say there are no magical indicators. This is another one that ain't . Issue I have come across with it , is you find the perfect entry, you execute and wait. But what happened in 3 out of 5 cases, is channel changes direction and all of a sudden , your entry is inside, no longer valid and price continues previous trend. As far as I am concerned , this is a roulette indicator, hit or miss. Otherwise well done video 👍👍👍
I think nadaraya watson is a repaint indicator. Backtesting is not possible unless you replay it candle by candle. Not sure if this kind of testing is valid. Sorry my friend.

Of course, he only shows examples where the strategy resulted in a profit. He never show trades that got stopped out at a loss. He tweaked the settings of the indicators to produce the desired results. Don't be surprised when you try this at home and get disappointing results, sooner or later. As market volatility changes, which it always does, you will find yourself repeatedly tweaking the parameters of the envelope to find the "perfect" settings. There's really nothing new about this strategy except the name of one of the indicators, which is essentially nothing more than a Uniform Channel. The strategy itself has been around for decades. Other types of "envelopes" have been used, such as Bollinger Bands and Keltner Channels. Other types of oscillators besides the RSI have been used, such the Stochastic and the MACD. There's nothing new under the sun. What''s "ridiculous" is the narrator's naive assumption that indicators predict the future and that the market will obediently poke beyond the envelope boundaries and hit your profit target before it hits your stop loss as if the envelope can predict market volatility, which it cannot.
Have you back tested this strategy 100 times live or with a reply feature? Because the 1st indicator repaints so backtesting existing history won’t be accurate.
The only flaw about this is, that the Nadaraya indicator is moving. Therefore, some entries might be outside the yellow line, but after a few candles, it's inside again. You only show the entries like "you can see the future". But nice strategy overall ;)
Guys it gets a lot of false signals I tried it in the chart it seems it always gets to the direction you want and never get any loses but when you start doing it you get more loses than profits so don’t wast your time 🧡
I combine the envelope with Ripsters EMA clouds. Using the 200 ema and 21 ema. on the 5 and 15 min time frame, if market opens above the 200 ema, i’m bullish for that day and only look for calls once price has bounced off of bottom envelope line. Do the opposite on bearish days. Hope this helps
Great example. Ive been doing some back testing now four months later and seems to REALLY help. Not going to say it’s 100% perfect, but I’ll use this for the coming days and see what happens. I’m bullish on using this on top of what I’m normally doing. Thanks for the video!

most billionaires have family that are extremely wealthy and their children, who have done nothing to earn that money apart from being born. Essentially they are hording wealth and their not being taxed appropriately. It's extremely unlikely you'll become a billionaire from a good idea this is evident in the population of billionaires in comparison to normal people. The American dream isn't real and it never was.

Nice addition of the 1/2 ATR for your stop. I trade the NW by Lux and it is, IMO, a valuable indicator. One caution I would suggest is in back testing it can be misleading due to its repaint. You can have signals that appear in back testing but were not in live time and you can have signals that disappear due to the repaint. These usually happen when the end of a candle wick is near the NW. Your strategy is a GOOD set of rules to follow. I would suggest screen time and recording the signals as they appear in live time.
I was doing analysis with this strategy. I normally trade with etf's and stocks, and I don't see many ticket opportunities coming out in 5 min. Have you already tried the strategy?

@@abdulazeezsuleiman9965 you replace the RSI with the Money Flow Indicator. MFI is much better than RSI and this has been proven time and time again. It's not lagging like RSI and you can see the money flowing in and out in real time.
Thanks for the video and the ideas you shared. Trending markets and momentum breakouts kills this strategy. However I added a filter which works well. When say the lower band is spiked you are only looking for longs. Where you intend to enter, look at the slope of the envelope. If it is starting to point up then go long. If not stand aside and leave it. Regards.

You could also take the chance and sell the long position when when you get to a place where you'd take a short position. I guess it depends on whether the stock is trending up or down.
Pretty cool strategy - it does seem to work from what i have tested (back testing and some live testing). Just curious, have you tried it on higher timeframes? I think some of the values may need changing, but i am not 100% sure what ones to change myself.
It repaints and you'll end up losing money instead. I been trying it for two days now and I haven't made much. A long sign turns out short after a long period of time it's impossible to tell how effective the indicator is without watching it LIVE.
