interesting im a OG b boy busting head spins back in 1975,,i got to watch the sport grow,,new school powermoves is at max level..bumz nice but not there yet keep on bustin it out,,
@TheDslide thanks and wish you luck with your breaking and merry Christmas and happy new year. and i have bad wrist bout knees are damaged and my foot got injured just a day before so thanks
@TheDslide sure, i agree its all break dance, but we all have our own style and i love foot work + freezes mote than power moves ;) now i know variation on almost every freezes i know and that is what i love about not doing power moves, i know i can do same with power, but its not my type
I tried doing a head spin back in the early 80s...I almost broke my neck. Hahahaha This is some dope stuff. Wicked talent. If you watch the lower left side, (2:58) it looks like Islamic writing. Sure would be nice to know where these are from....
99 % of you guys dont understand what DOPE is in break dance 99 % of you dont do break dance 99 % just shit about at and pose on utube comments other 1 % of all 3 groups like me are coming here to see something new to start learning ;) tnx for reading and hope you enjoyed this power moves ... but i prefer topr rock up rock and floor work :D
@TheDslide i think i will learn windmill and that will be all from me with power moves, I am not power move person I do Hip-Hop and break dance so top rock and footwork is my thing ;) so i think windmill and swipes is enough for me if i go hard on footwork :)
@MrBramskie1 i told other 1 % LIKE ME ;) so yeah, i am breaking for about a year and a half now, and i came here to see some new power moves that i might start learn in near future since i know windmill and swipes and i prefer footwork freezes and toprock and florwork and i am glad there are some guys who understand what i wanted to say in that comment
@TheDslide no, actually i am not saying i dont like power moves and all ... but i think that you can make much bigger variety of great moves with freezes and footwork and make it on the beat not just spinning with music in background i try to make it all on the beat of the music, basically i think all moves are easy if you practices them
@TheDslide to see if there is some powermove i forgot and that i can do to make my footwork a bit better and i haven't fount it so footwork is my thing
Neither are 2000's or 1990's, they have been around for awhile now and the only new about them is many people are doing way past 10 of them at a time! Dope but not new!!!
hip hop is the very foundation of B-boying.its what inspired the first Bboys back in the 70"s when DJ herc would play only the breaks of songs. hip hop has become very flimsy because now people are dancing to stuff like rap and dubstep or even country music. First of all you cant even dance to rap. i like dubstep but bboying is not meant for it. popping is. and if you dance to country or rock music... then you've got problems.
Some of the moves showed incredible agility but these guys are about 25 years too late. Breakdancing is just not as facinating as it was back then. These guys are not even hood. They look like some lame cats from the suburbs.
