Service is one of the reason i sold my scorpio 3 yrs back. Faced a lot of repeated visits for the same problems. Now i am planning to upgrade my current creta to something more reliable. Most of my friends recommend innova hycross just because of the service quality.
Mahindra vehicles are good, it's the After Sales that creates a lot of hassles. Still a long way to be at par with industry standards. Thanks for watching 😊
Problem diagnosed, accepted and rectified, so thats a good outcome. Drive happily and jyada dil pe mat lo, i understand it upsets one emotionally, mentally and physically. Take care and keep smiling ashish bhai
Glad they resolved the issue finally.. now waiting for initial impressions of ur new vehicle ..especially on little off roads as many of them claimed issues with radiator position being too low and poor dep and arr angles. Would love to hear it from you sir
Looks nd ruggedness- Scorpio classic. Technology, Comfort and handling- Scorpio-n. Both have their pros and cons but yes if Scorpio classic was available in 4x4 i might have again gone for same
Good to see the issue is rectified. I had also planned to buy scorpio N but after seeing this video i am thing to go with toyota. Kindly also share minor issues which you are facing in comming video. Thanks for sharing.
Basically the 1st approach to any issue that the showroom cannot be fixed is blame the owner. Incompetence of technicians have runied more brands than a bad product.😊
Similar happened to my 2018 Renault Duster & again reason given was that I had changed tyres. After using it for 4 years and matter still unresolved, I exchanged it for a Scorpio and all is well now!
I am really happy to see that you bought the Scorpio N. You won't believe but I was waiting for this to happen, and finally you bought it. I am now waiting eagerly for your innovative modifications. Please do share a good innovative way to create a bed in this car as the seats doesn't become totally flat so it is a problem. Also if you could find a solution to make 2nd row slidable, it will solve problems of 3rd row. Welcome in N Tribe Pls share your number, I will get you add in most technical group of Scorpio N
I have heard about alignment issues from many owners.. So I suppose it's common issue with Mahindra.. 😳. Rest my issue is sorted and I hope it will be ok in future
This is steering angle sensor callibration issue which could happen with any new/old cars and brands. I faced with my Creta. Please keep in mind whenever wheel alligment, tyre change carried outside service centers (which is recommended) take back the car to service center and recalibrate the steering angle sensor which is software based calibration, throw some money if needed. This software calibration maynot be available with outside wheel aligners. Happy motoring....
Yes that's what I have shown in video. Why do you need to throw money when it's a new vehicle in warranty? The main concern was this calibration software for this particular variant was not available with any ASC in Delhi and it took them 4 days to connect my car remotely to Mahindra Chennai plant and recalibrate it.
Sir Main thing is we shouldn't change any part from our side or any modifications till One year... Because the company people take this as an excuse. Ss...
Yes but I had to change tyres the same day I got the delivery of vehicle. Otherwise the value of same would have been 0 and I would have to shell out huge amount to purchase new tyres. Or would have to drive with stock tyres for next 3 year till they wore completely.
Nahi bhai. Aisi koi guide nahi hai kyuki it's a new kind of issue everytime 🤣. But if you have any kind of issue you can message me on Facebook or Instagram at ashishbhatiaventures..
Dear Ashish. Do check out a RU-vid channel Indian Backpacker. He has a new Scorpio which he had taken to London. Just recently he has filmed his Scorpio getting serviced and repaired while inside the Mahindra Service Centre. Just some info for you. Next I would like to say, keep the faith, since Indian companies like Mahindra and Tata require a bit of hard talk to get things moving... but At the end of the day, their products are still bloody good. I am sure by the time this car is out of warranty you will have figured it out how to maintain it by yourself or find a garage who can help you achieve the required perfection for which you are truly known for. I would love to see you tinker with your car but with semi illiterate blokes at the service centre just waiting to find an excuse to cancel your warranty, it's best left for that period to pass. Wish you all the best and all the required patience too😆 Jude.
Exact reason I decided not to buy Mahindra car. But please understand this was software issue and cannot be resolved by mechanic in service centre. They can apply patch and hope to resolve issue. Main problem is Quality Check in Mahindra is very poor. And due to so much booking they are just rushing things.
Mahindra is the worst Automobile Company in India , What’s the use of such a car when the owner has to waste his full day struggling with the stupid R&D and Service team
Mahindra Service Centre guys: " Sir, you installed aftermarket tyres and alloys that is why your car steering is misaligned." Customer : "Have you ever heard about Toyota?".😅
5 years back when I bought 2017 Nexon, I faced if not same , similar issue , and I lost my 4 tyres very early before there schedule lifetime due to alignment issues and also steering angle alignment issue. They also have firmware called EPAS to calibrate steering angle alignment . In initial days most companies(not all) face problems with new cars across service center to center, as proper diagnostic of the problem is an art I would say, everybody or such person not always available everywhere, as the product becomes mature or old in the market, more and more technicians become familiar with the problems and the solutions along with their heavily dependent tools they use to fix it properly. I found a nice video on how to fix such issue by an technician post watching your video. Trying to share that for reference for all the viewers out here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6CKuJ_3oNk4.html
Sir i feel this is the problem of companies.. they ask for so much details.. same i felt in tata as well.. sir i think it was mahindra so it got corrected but if it was tata then you were all God dependent.
If Anand Mahindra focus on fixing half baked products, ramping up production & improve service experience with one touch resolution rather than being cocky or wannabe cool on socials than only mahindra will improve otherwise people are wise enough to choose korean or Japanese
Sir isliye people selling scorpion N within 2 years as this service is a big issue for Mahindra Sir people are buying with the sheer size and looks they are just ignoring the service gadi lo aur setvixe center ke chakkar Kato naukri wale kaise kare bhai avoid these type of manufacturers India bolke na bekawuf banana aur banana jab log bandh karege tabhi this manufacturer will learn lesson . Quality issue for Mahindra in all product only 5 star rating and advice zero star rating there should be common platform which should publish setvice rating tatq and Mahindra would score lowest le liya aab Palo pareshani
nothing new , dont worry " Fault in Electronics " its a common problem in Mahindra Car from decades ,, now you have invested a huge amount , problems ko ignore kro, bus scorpio n 4x4 ki rides enjoy kro,, jyada socho gy to lagega money gone to drain,, youtube par hazaro hi video hi kisi car me kuch problems hi kisi me kuch people are fighting with services centre people , 1,2 bar parts replace krte hi again after some time same problem aa jati hi.. Lakho rupees lagane k bad bhi koi peace of mind na mile kya fayada ,,, aaj ki Hectic life me apna job ,business chod k kis k pas time hi ja kar service centre walo se behas kre, company ki complaint kre,, Hum sabhi kitni mehnaat krte hi , apna hard earn money yu waste kr k kya fayada apna peace of mind bhi nhi rha , aisi car kaun deserve krta hi..very sad to hear ,, from people experience i will never buy mahindra , will buy foreign trusted brand ..
Bro thoda logically dekho. Ye problem tyres change karwane se pehle se thi. Sales team already knew it while giving delivery. But once the car is sold no one was bothered. Tyres were just an excuse by service team to avoid liabilty.
Mahindra cars are rubbish....i have experienced it personally. Designs are faulty and performance is not as per standards. Maruti Suzuki is best for Indian Conditions and for service issues.
Those who want to buy a real suv with 4wd or atleast a real wheel drive, ladder frame chassis, strong body and a powerful engine within a decent budget buy Scorpio... For others there are many oversized hatchbacks available in market, that are claiming to be SUVs, to choose from..
