I just tried the PTR last night with my level 100 Bash Barb, usually I laugh at the butcher and 1-2 hit him, but yesterday I had a 10 minute fight where I had to retreat and heal up a few times aswell, so they for sure changed something with him.

I don't play D4 anymore after Season 4, but I've probably killed Butcher like 50 times (and some were epic fights that took probably close to 20 minutes), and never gotten anything at all remotely good from him.

The fact we DON’T get class armor sets in the season pass is absolutely garbage. They have no prob shelling out new class armors every week in the in game shop. If they can crank out crazy looking class sets in the shop, why don’t we have class sets every 3 months????

⁠⁠@@Queen-dl5junope, it’s like the visually better armor, you can get both regular and awoken version with battle pass. Skip tier extra premium is for an extra emote and extra portal design that’s all

A. Reskinned butcher different colored items doesn't impress me. Adding different doors and items to teleport into a different area doesn't impress me. Buffing the same items and skills so the very few characters we have are going to be using the same builds as always 😢

Blizzard better stay on the ball because Path of Exile II which will be "FREE" is right around the corner and in terms of visuals it has Diablo IV beat and if it's anything like Path of Exile I. It's going to again destroy Diablo in build freedom. The only thing that really keeps Diablo more popular over Path of Exile in the first place is name and it being casual friendly.

lol no one uses those free cosmetics. new game mode is horrible unless they change the density and rewards it isnt even worth doing, all classes are bugged in some way making insanely broken builds, this season is already a mess i know its PTR but thats alot to fix in a months time, specially for this dev team

Thats quite an optimistic view of season 5..other channels are saying the opposite. Season 5 from what I’ve seen is shit .There is more unnecessary material you have to collect for little reward. That might sound like fun to some but no me, wake me up when Blizzard brings the fun back to Diablo.

If history is any indication, they will give you all the items for a complete set and each and every one of them will be terrible. Also no one that isn't running some OP meta build likes the Butcher but let's have even more of him please, Blizzard. Bejesus.

Don't care about Butcher. I have been calling for Goblin King random encounter like Butcher. And where is Cow Level? There is no fun in this game? They keep pumping more stuff in to the completely drab and boring Helltide. The biggest thing I miss from D3 is hearing the goblins chortle. I guess they don't want to copy D3, but then why even have goblins if they don't have that goblin laugh that was the best part of them and made you instantly forget whatever you were doing to go end the little bastard? I swear that D4 took everything bad from D3 while pretending not to be D3 by not doing anything people loved from D3. The only reason I play D4 is because it is a good game on it's own, so they need to get over this crap about being afraid of being D3.

Players are still figuring out the cow level. It's behind a few things in game and the puzzle hasn't been fully solved. Blizzard is keeping it out of the files to prevent datamining and releasing it as clues are figured out.

@@serobro5549 I miss the random dungeon encounters when the blood seekers would come after you. Something about the group of evil characters coming after you PVP style was just so much fun
