At 29:48 you mention your priority targets, each race has its own weaknesses. Are there anti timing attacks? If you can take out the engineering bay, and have the ability to go air, then there won't be turrets in time. For Protoss if you take out the cybernetics core, zealots are slow, and no blink for stalkers. Watch Zerg crumble if you take out their spawning pool, or queens. Show us the deep strategies captain, don't hold back. ggs
If you care about the arrival of the units (and not retreat), moving the scv closer results in marauders arriving sooner. This is because SCVs move faster than marauders.

For thsoe that wonder how ot coutner this, if you see a marauder show up really quickly, and you havea cc, immediately start building a bunker by your main cc and a forward ramp cc, and build marines and tanks. cancel your lower cc before its destroyed, soak a bit of damage. Don't use more then 6 scvs in a fodder defence, since its nto worth it if you don't ahve a clump of more units... then yo uahve to concentrate down those forces, but once yo uahvea bunker keep building scvs, and repairing, if it stays up you cna usually defend back, you cna also build your second cc, when you think you have defended asap, on your weak side in base, gives yoru scvs more defence. If you have a starport air is always good. The guy also had to reapers not actively scouting on the map, he should of been scouting the enemies base, and around his base, would of known to build a bunker on teh ramp cancel the low ground cc, and then build it up top, this is prime defence... if you don't scout, reaper is not that great, imo as an opener, solely for defence.. lol
I was "forced" once to go to some riding therapy where youre supposed to act with a horse and like walk around with it and I refused to do any of that because horses are fucking scary

So Harstem, I'm a fan of you and your channel. You're intelligent, funny, insightful and entertaining. I think sc2 is a great game, however there are some glaring issues that really bother me. But more than anything is the issue of smurfs and map hackers. I'm certainly far from being alone in this. I have a few simple questions for you (and all of your sc2 master-level friends): 1. Why do you think sc2 does nothing to punish smurfs like you (and map hackers), who ruin the ladder for average players, like me? I know there are no consequences. Why don't the sc2 programmers give a shit? 2. Why do you think it's okay to post videos of you beating opponents (like me) who neither know that this is what you're doing during the game, nor have given you permission to do so? 3. Instead of hiding behind your llllllllll fake account, why don't you simply use your real account and ask your opponent's permission at the beginning? I for one would have no problem losing to great players, like you, if i know that is what's happening. But losing to a smurf is quite frustrating to say the least. 4. Given your connections, why don't you suggest to the sc2 programmers to create an unranked 1v1 option where smurfing is accepted and made obvious? 5. Why are sc2 programmers impossible to contact directly? Forums are completely worthless. I'm sure many others would like to know too.
You're such a sad poor thing, aren't you? Except you seem to forget that Harstem's cheese account is exactly at the MMR it should be. He's been playing on it for at least (and definitely more than that) 439 games as you can see in the GG counter, which is plenty to put the account at its true MMR. It's the MMR of the Harstem who is playing with a handicap: only playing cheese. This is completely fair and balanced. He is not smurfing. It is baffling to me that you think that Harstem should ask permission to each of his opponents at the start of the game. How's that going to work out? "Hey man, can I please cheese you my guy?" "Yeah, no problem, thanks for the heads up, lemme just prep my response." This was clearly written after you got beat down hard by a random guy on the ladder who you then decided must be smurfing and a bad person. It makes no sense that you'd have no problem losing to a great player, but only if you know it in advance. You should be able to get the same lessons out of the game by analyzing the replay regardless of whether you know in advance. If you really want to flame someone, do it towards someone who repeatedly makes new accounts to rank from bronze to GM or something, not someone who just has a handful of accounts with clearly established and fair MMR. P.S. A quick google search would be enough to inform you that official support from Blizzard for SC2 has ended a long time ago. Harstem is in fact one of the people making sure they still do anything for the game by being on the Balance Council and doing his Catch the Hacker series.
