I’ve been going to therapy and my therapist has helped me so much with my negative thoughts. She helps me understand that with these emotions, either bad or good, that is our humanity showing up! ❤ it be hard to feel that in the moment though lbs. But we are learning. Continue to create that content, PLEASE! That mommy-content creator lifestyle is no joke! 🫂🥹
