Thanks for sharing your journey I had my VSG the same year you did and I just turn 40 too also had a baby boy 👦🏻 in 2017 and it definitely change my journey and didn’t get to my goal weight 😢 however I’m reconsidering a revision and this definitely helps to know someone else is going through it too thanks so much for sharing and you are not alone with everything you been going thru big hugs 🤗

I converted sleeve to bypass about 6 months ago, still in the honeymoon stage but overall enjoying it.

It is so good to see you again and hear how you are going! I was just thinking about you and I hadn't heard anything for so long and I am so glad to see you have a few more videos up. I haven't watched them all yet, but I just wanted to let you know I also ended up having revision to bypass. I am glad to hear from someone else in the Nov 2016 group who has had a similar experience.

Good to see you again 😁 I had GB almost 3 years ago. Went from 127 kg to 82 in 1,5 years and gained 10 in the last year, which I am trying to ditch again... But it is hard 🙂 my metabolism is also working against me, but I am set on getting down in weight and being helthier. Good luck to you. I am looking forward to following you again. Great to see you again heidi I had vsg in 2017 after watching you I knew it was for me. I was 140kg got down to 90ish and couldn't lose anymore. Now sadly I got breast cancer again and that made me lose lots of weight I now struggle to stay over 70kg and that's hard with my smaller tummy. I look forward to watching you're journey

Hi Heidi, I have been wondering how you are so great to see you! I had a band to bypass at 135kgs and I’m now 89kgs 2 years post and it changed my life. Like you I was terrified and being super dramatic thought I was going to die. I am at a stage where I don’t always make great food choices but the bypass is much more forgiving and such a great tool. I am so glad ai found this channel. I gor my sleeve in 2019, lost 130 lbs and was happy. I was 310 lbs at the beginning. I got pregnant too fast at rhe end of 2019 and had a miscarriage, had another one in 2020 and then my second child was born in 2021. During that pregnancy I forced myself to stretch my stomach, to drink and eat more. I was so scared to lose another baby. A year later wirh post partum anxiety, I regained 70 lbs. I'm 4 days post revision surgery and I kinda regret it. I miss food. And I just fell crappy. So I really hope that I can at least lose the 70 lbs again.

I had VSG one year ago and I have lost 49 kilos. Highest weight was 140. And current weight is 91. I’m considering doing a revision to a bypass.

Hello I've been thinking of surgery. But there is no way you can eat 1000 calories a day and gain weight. It's not possible.
