Foxhall Road is a supported living setting aimed at supporting young people aged 16-25 who have learning disabilities, autism and additional complex and challenging needs.
Foxhall Road consists of two flat-lets each with an en-suite bedroom and open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which are bright, airy and spacious.
In addition, there are two further en-suite bedrooms and shared living space and there is a shared garden for all who live there. Each person has an individualised support package based on their unique needs and the level of support they require.
Foxhall Road is beneficial for individuals who may not be ready at age 18 to transition from a children’s service to an adult setting. By supporting people up to age 25 means we can offer a longer transition into adult provision, enabling people to have additional years to develop life skills and to feel emotionally and mentally ready.
