I love the DS III, only issue has been us not sealing the 2 cover screws down firmly enough allowing water into the magnetic buttons. There is a button/spring rebuild kit if you have to drill out the buttons due to corrosion. The P320 is actually worse with a sliding nameplate covering the magnetic buttons, certainly a downgrade. Will have to build covers for the P320 transmitter heads in wet areas. I love Siemens products but the P320 button cover wasn't thought out well, I expect more from this top of the line process instrumentation supplier.
