Daniël van der Heide sledge hammer was actually a much earlier traxxas model. Was sort of similar to a stampede. Wonder if they will ever make it again
I have the Proline Trencher 1.8's under mine, working real good. Especially the self rightning function, not it's like it should have been form the beginning.
TRAXXAS! Any chance of releasing the original Sledgehammer again? I always wanted one when I was younger, but i didn't want a basher. That would be an Ultra awesome retro bring back. Nobody understood how cool they were because everybody was interested in building their own back then
I got some prolines on my if you dont upgrade axles you will break the stock ones I have mip on the rear and stock on the front and have broken them everytime I drive it so definitely need to upgrade them
I’ve had a set of these for about a month, I discovered them on eBay by accident. I ordered a complete set and have been running them on my stampede 4x4 VXL. They are freaking awesome, they grip well on all surfaces. They don’t balloon much compared to badlands mx28s which balloon badly. Plus they look just killer on my stampede 4x4 VXL. I recommend getting these tires!
does not look like that little guy can handle those bigger tires as well. idk but the plastic driveshafts suck too, and with heavier and bigger tires it will break em faster than they already break. Great job.
Actually proline was going to come out with these calling them the proline sledgehammers but i guess they sold it over to traxxas but thats seems to be the case
All stock tires need to be belted and balanced for high power. It should be the job of manufacturers who claim to make cars ready to run, not ready to break.
