The Ultra Carry is the first hammerless j-frame I've loved the look of. Normally I only liked the OG model 36 or model 60 with the old style hammer. Those sights do a lot for how good it looks
The ultimate carry is like these revolvers should be. These sights, shrouded ejector rod and lighter trigger should get standard for the 442/642 model.
I would like to see an ultimate carry in something like a model 19 or 66. I would take the bigger size for the extra round and in my area 327 mag and 32 mag aren’t common. And I like a little more punch than a 38. So 357 k frame with boot grip, 2.5 to a 3 inch barrel with low profile sights would be a awesome package imo
@@rinksgunsport true. I have 3 different 327s. I choose the lcr without the hammer for a reason. The lcr x has a major design flaw. Mostly seen with 357. But 327 pressure is comparable.
@@BADD1ONE "But 327 pressure is comparable." ??? 357 Mag 35,000psi 327 Mag 45,000psi. Also hot 327 have the same recoil as mild 357 and they are even louder than 357. I dondt see the benefit of 327. I think 32 H&R is much better for a snub than 327.
@Gieszkanne i own every 327 round available. Only 1 I know of 1 that is off the market(dpx). I have 3 327 revolvers. Same recoil as 357. Absolutely not. Not out of a snub or 3". Believe me. I've shot them all. American eagle 327 100gr soft point is the most powerful round for 327. Everybody that reviews 327 overlooks that round. It's close in recoil to 357, but not equal
