We’re Doug and Jamie - an aussie / american couple who love adventures, good food and exploring new places. For the past few years we have be using what we’ve had to explore more of Australia - which wasn’t much. But in 2020 we upgraded Doug’s work van and it now doubles as our home on wheels part time. 2022 was the year we decided it needed a makeover so we jumped into a big van build series over the winter, ready to hit spring in our new setup! Our hope for this channel is to grow a community of likeminded people and to inspire others to jump in the drivers seat of their own life (pun intended) and create their own magic. And after surviving life in one of the most lockdown cities in the world the last few years, we are back in action ready to share our adventures!

Great to see the cold climate rain Forrest, it's a lot like Tarragon Valley not too far from there. Worth a look at if you get into that area. Great videos

You nailed it - it was the journey to get to the Den, that makes it special. But please get a low cost hiking pole, really helps on those types of walks. The Dreaming/Dreamtime, is where the stories originate. Think of women’s country as the body ie valley is the womb, men’s country the peaks. Great to see the cold plunges continuing👍 Yes, those aircraft had my eyes light up! Looking forward to what comes next👏😀

Great video, we did a south coast van trip in 2021, can’t wait to see what parts of the south coast you hit. My brother lived in Eden for a few years, so I knew a fair bit before our trip. It truly is stunning. Even with the missing footage you told a great tale.

Once again good work from you both You mentioned different Doug it certainly was different Jamie let you get a few words in. You forgot " top gun " sunglasses standing beside the Macci A7 in your colour coded jacket. I would have preferred to swim near a dead bird than a dead turd. As your hubby said U were up from the dead bird or bird was down stream from you... U would of been fine big time... Have 2 questions how did U get up on your van also want nationality are both of you guys... Or is that how Melbourne pple speak... I am from up here in Sydney Central Coast I hope U get this far on your journey but south coast is bueaiful... U must go the Pebble Beach run by the National park...must go too it ...please...😅😅😅

heeey!! Doug is from Melbourne, dad's an Aussie mum is a Serb. Jamie is from Boston with a Jamaican background. We carry a ladder on the roof, you might see it in some of the drone shots. oh, nice thanks for the recommendation! this series is already filmed and in the middle of getting edited now. But we are definitely heading up the coast again in the future. we will be sure to head to Pebble Beach next time! Thanks Karen ❤
