Such a difference. Good job! I use to be able to crawl around the floor like that, LOL. Not anymore though, this old body doesn't work like that anymore! So glad your elbow and arm feels better. U could have sprung it or bruised it internally. U could call a hardware store and call places where they sell mobile homes and ask what they suggest u do 2 cover wallpaper on walls

More fantastic motivation; you crush it every time! Here’s a tip for cleaning that furnace/ac vent, get a soft bristle paint brush. That’s what I use to use and it works really well. And just so that you know I can’t stand my front load washer either! I do leave the door open when it’s not in use so that it doesn’t really get mildew growing so maybe that’ll help you. I have a DW as well, when you paint over the papered drywall, I recommend semi gloss with primer, it seems to wipe up better in case of spills. When I moved into mine with flat paint everywhere, I realized quickly the paint comes off when scrubbing. 😃

More videos like this one would be great, also some cooking or baking videos too. We still don’t have a working oven so I am enjoying baking segments until I can bake again. Take Care of Yourself first. I hope all is well with all these big storms in your area. It’s beautiful here this week but it’s set to rain 🌧️ yet again in Southern California can’t believe it. Oh, I’m working on better organizing my pantry too.

Se le pierde mucho espacio con ese mueble asta la mitad debería poner las repisas asta arriba y la de abajo que fuera con más espacio para que pusiera los tarros blanco y de ahy q fuera poniendo las repisas tenía asta olla q las ponga arriba esa no debe ocupar la mucho por eso las tiene ahy

That’s what I thought too😂 I’ve never broken anything, so I had no idea what it was like. I know when my mom broke her wrist she didn’t know. But I’m sure the elbow is different. The dr. Said it’s so hard to break the elbow. I think it was just traumatized too.❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much!

What an amazing transformation! You worked so hard. I like when you talk thru the video. Only one suggestion: Please cut down on the number of times you say “like I said”. Listen back & count the number of times you repeated these 3 words. It will take some doing to break yourself of the habit. Otherwise, you’re doing great! I think I’ll go clean my toilet now! Hahahaha 🤣

Vegetable oil = Soy. some brands are labeled vegetable oil while the ingredients read soybean oil! Soy is a phytoestrogen and an endocrine disruptor. We no longer eat anything packaged or processed because soy is in everything! It is a lifestyle change, but worth it.

This👆🏼 it’s definitely worth it! Thank you for speaking on this🙌 I’m so passionate about it and learning more everyday! I stay away from it too I found out through an elimination diet that I’m allergic to soy and severely allergic to gluten. So that kinda takes out everything 😅 I also stay away from lectins as much as possible too.
