New Starter Box for 1/8 & 1/10 Off-Road and On-Road Car 

I have had this box for a month now and is a very good it with a 4s lipo it will turn over any motor any size anytime and very adjustable to fit all brands. thanks

Yes it should be able to start the buggy with no issues.

Yes it should work with the Thunder Tiger eb4 s3 with no issues.

@yoyoairsoft1411564 When you position your car, you push down on it, and the pressure activates the motors inside which turn the flywheel in the box, which is touching your cars flywheel, this starting your car with a simple press down - as opposed to pull starting and push rod starters etc. Its just a simpler starter

Yes it should will work on the Hyperspeed.

The only way to change the orientation of the wheel is to modify the box and cut the case for the motors to stick out.

If the opening on the chassis is big enough for the wheel to reach the flywheel then it will work.

You'd be surprised, it has decent power. I just bought a used 1/8th with only 1/2 gal through it (so still tight) and it starts it fine. Run on two 1550 Gens Ace 25c batteries. I agree, the stock connectors are horrible, and I swapped them out for deans before using it.

I prefer the starter box just because you don't need to mess with the engine at all.

I got one of these but with different stand offs it is so powerfull on a 12v batery it lasts for ages

what if the flywheel is on the other side?

The large battery cage isnt for stick packs! It's for a 12v gel cell led acid battery! lol

This starter box should work with that buggy.

A gel cell battery might be too big to fit the starter box.

I don't think the opening on the chassis of the RC10GT is big enough for the wheel of the start box to contact the flywheel.

Going by the images that I can find online it looks like it might not work with the EB4S3

FYI: The wire connector at 0:57 is for using a 12v battery.

I have this box, its works great with the lipos only bad thing was the tamiya connectors melted. I just replaced it with a deans connector... Will you have replacment parts for this box - motors, start wheel and belt?

For the low voltage cut off; can't you just use a lipo voltage cut off sensor from novak?

this is just an alternative method to pull starting and electric starting right?

@RCRacing88 Yeah I commented that they should read through the manual (they marked it as spam to remove it from view). The guy doing the reviews is decent, but I don't think he knows alot. They also said one of the lines was for the motor, but it's the gel lead... Good videos, but he needs to research before recording.
