Today in this video i will show on play NEW Street Fighter 2 Deluxe Edition Gameplay (2024) On PC.
All The Credits To The Authors And Editors Of Chars, Stages Etc.
Mugen (stylized as M.U.G.E.N) is a freeware 2D fighting game engine designed by Elecbyte. Content is created by the community, and thousands of fighters, both original and from popular fiction, have been created. It is written in C and originally used the Allegro library.

I'm glad everyone has enjoyed my Mecha Zangief creation. You know, Zangief always came off as a stiff, semi robotic character in the original SF 2, but with harnessing the power of THE MUGEN, I feel I was able to finally humanize him a bit here and give him a more human relatable form. MOTHER RUSSIA SHALL RISE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Sabu. Not only is the character sprite and their movements hilarious, but the name makes me think of Red Foreman. That is what he always called Fez when he would tell him to get away from him. Edit: dinosaur makes death metal noises when hit.

There should be at least one more character, the absolute most bodybuilder muscular with crazy popping veins, high blood pressure and sweaty forehead and forearms looking like copper who makes Mr. Olympia and Zangief look like boys. Why some stages no music?
