GREAT floor plan! Love the fact that the door is not in the front! I've always said that is a waste of wall space. This is an actual livable floor plan! Excellent job and love the decorating!

I've been interested in tiny homes for quite some time and haven't seen anything like this. I'm in awe and simply impressed with the floor plan! GREAT JOB!

The best tiny home I have ever seen! My husband and I really want one, but I have not found one that completely meets our needs in every category. This floor plan has enough storage, a first floor bedroom, proper lighting, pantry closet, linen closet, plenty of cabinets throughout, enough living room seating for guests, TWO loft spaces for an overnight guest, amole porch space....the list goes on and on. We could live in this house without issues and he’s a big guy! I wasn’t completely sold that we could have a tiny home that fits us and our needs and you just proved that is no longer true! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Anyone know the price to buy one and put on private land?

First floor Murphy bed with desk would be perfect.

I’ve been searching for the perfect floor plan for 3 months. I think I have just found the one for me. I would absolutely add sliding doors in the master bedroom and also drop the floor for a little more space in the loft for my office space, add a full wall to add privacy and separate front loft area, and the other side of the loft will have a wall with the cute windows for more privacy and sound proof to be my 19 year old daughter’s temporary room and sleeping quarters when she home from college. Until she comes home it will be disguised storage space. Omg this is too perfect for me. I’m too excited right now, finally about to be a home owner, with my own land. I think I’m going to 😢 ❤😊

Now this is the very best tiny house I have ever seen.

Love the floor plan. I'd delete the linen closet and make it a walk in shower with no door. I'd also delete the queen bed if single and put in a full sized Captain's bed with drawers facing the fireplace. That way I could put a dressing table in front of the window. I'd use the back loft for storage and set up the front loft as a reading nook with flip out chairs if the grandkids want to sleep over. Oh and one more thing. I'd screen in the front porch with a cute wooden door so the wrap around would be open but the front would be bug free.

Amen no drop floor in the bedroom this one is 100% perfect I mean everything 100-amp electric come on totally perfect😊

This is the best. So smart to put the front door on the side. Much better use of space. This home is livable. Most tiny homes just aren't practical. But this one has a great layout!

This WILL BE the model that I will call home in the very near future. It is Absolutely Gorgeous and Perfect for me and my dog with sleeping space for my daughter and her family to stay when they visit. I love this one! Only issue I see, and it might be because I couldn’t really see the whole bathroom, is that the toilet paper is a long way from the toilet. Is there wall space beside the toilet for a tp holder? I guess you could just keep a roll on the back of the toilet. And the extra storage - cabinets above the toilet and above the bed - fantastic. Nice job! I want one. 😊

I am impressed with this floor plan. (and I can 'destroy' floor plans in a heart beat!) Good job to the designer/architect. Great tour. - I would want the loft closed with 'windows'. That way I could have a pocket door down stairs to block the upstairs and I would only have to cool or heat the downstairs except when I had company spending the night. Maybe have a hidden table flap on the hutch that can pull out and be used as a small table. ? Good job; love the colors, everything!!

This is really well done, all the appointments are really nice, just right. I’d just want to raise the upstairs ceiling so I could stand up and walk around. It would be great to make a retractable ceiling so when you’re on the road, you can drop it down, but when you’re parked, you can raise it to 7 or 8 feet to feel like a full room. Just gave you an original idea, trademark it, and be the first.

Really would like to see a tiny house that is handicap accessible. No upstairs, bathroom with walk-in shower and a seat. Two bedrooms with twin beds in each so there is more access.
