I wrestled with purchasing this palette, because I needed another one, like I needed another hole in my head. So, so glad I did. It's quickly become one of my very favorite palettes. The colors are a perfect blends of cool and warm tones, the colors are stunning, the formula blends perfectly. I am 53 with some crepey-ness on my eye lids and sometimes, depending on the formula, eye shadows can "skip" or not blend well on my lids. These colors blend perfectly and don't highlight the crepe. I also purchased some of your brushes and they are AMAZING!

I've gotten such great recommendations from you, but my favorites are definitely the La Mer foundation and Sydney Grace. My husband surprised me with the La Mer for Christmas. I was so surprised because he actually took one of my foundations with him and they were able to match it pretty well! I ordered some Sydney Grace shadows and a couple arrived broken. Their customer service was fantastic. They immediately resent them with no problems . It's so hard to find good customer service anymore, but they were wonderful! I'm 52 and the La Mer looks beautiful on my skin. For anyone who balks at the price I can assure you it's well worth it!

@@irisk934 TOTAL surpise!! Usually he wouldn't done this. I was going on and on about the foundation I REALLY wanted to try, and he picked up on the hint. Very atypical! He's very generous all the time, but usually he would just give me the money for it. This was totally unexpected! Maybe after all these years he's catching on...LOL
@@irisk934 this has been a bad year. Our 29 year old son was a police officer in Mobile Alabama and he passed away on December 13th. I think my husband was trying extra hard to make Christmas as good as possible for me. I just wasn't into it this year. Thankfully I had already bought my husband's gifts! Life goes on though, and we have to keep going.
Sydney Grace has been my favorite brand ever since I was introduced in the group last January and I am so excited to be getting this, I am going to order the deeper palette. Thank you so much for doing a tutorial using both palettes! I'm excited to see that the deeper one is more pigmented, but still retains the overall cool-toned approach (I was afraid they might try to make it too warm to compensate in contrast to the lighter palette). Overall, this was a really nice, subtle look that also showed the level of variation you can get from this palette. I'm so excited for this to come out ♥️
Devotion is a stunning color. It’s a shade I usually gravitate towards. Your eyes are gorgeous and this look really enhances them. Your lashes look so pretty too 🥰
I am typically light to medium in skin tone in the Fall/Winter. I am tan in the Summer. I purchased the deep skin shade. I am half Asian with a mix of Cherokee Indian. I get quite dark in the warmer months. I was dark through this November because of the warm weather this year. I purchased this palette today during the Black Friday sale for $36.
Those pallets are so pretty! I’m very fair and think the lighter pallet is better for me. I hope this trend of different pallets for different skin tones is great. I hope other brands do this in 2020!! 💙💕💙💕💙
I first learned about Sydney Grace from your channel and was so happy to see their shadows are talc-free. (Or at least the ones I've purchased are.) I was surprised to learn they're located only about 40 minutes away from me, in a town I lived in for 15 years. I hope they've got a good supply of their new palettes! I'll definitely be buying one....or maybe both.

I have 2 questions..how does SG shadows compare to the bare minerals 6 pan pallets you like? Is the SG darker palette shades comparable to the Nars Skin Deep palette? Thank you Lisa!
The only shadows that were different in these palettes were the matte and transitional shades except for Passion. So how were you seeing differences in the foil Devotion? Interesting.
I have heard so many great things about the Sydney Grace shadows. I was just scoping out her site yesterday. Because of a neuromuscular degenerative condition I have, I’m not able to afford $52. The palette is gorgeous, however.
In response to your comment about bright lights: it'd be great if you stopped using such bright ones. Not only could we see colors, we could also see you, your skin, any flaws, etc more clearly. Makes tutorials so much more useful and meaningful. Otherwise, love the video!
Both are beautiful looks; I think you could transition quickly day to night between the palettes, deepening the colors. What brush did you use to remove fallout? It looks smaller than your 104?
