AceRJ5555 very true, while other situational operator can be quite as hectic, Glaz’s gadget reliance to other operator’s gadget and his percentage duration of usability during a match is pretty low, his initial nerf to match warden’s gadget was unnecessary. Warden’s a straight beat up to counter flashes and smokes which are common gadgets for attackers. Glaz’s usage is limited to smoke which has little to do with defender, especially if they know there is a glaz out there...

I don’t see a problem with glaz, in this meta where defenders win 55% of the games and attackers 45% I think glaz being a little op is ok because there are several ops on defense that are still broken even with weapon swaps and changes

The hatches open up in one shot because the shot penetrates all or the beams in the hatch. This same property works for other guns as well.

"Glaz is OP." No. Don't stand in the sightlines of smoke when you know a Glaz is up. Don't attempt to spray him down unless you are running Warden. Any action you take against an active smoke with Glaz up is an ACTIVE RISK YOU ARE TAKING. It's no different than how you would change your play style around any other operator in the game. Quit being a baby. The game is more about just Q+Eing out of any given encounter. Warden needs a buff too tho.

James Roush they've since added maestro, bulletproof cams, and Warden, so I don't think we will go back to the Glaz Ying smoke plant meta.

Canid warden has to sit still in the smoke for like a solid second, he's useless against a glaz, maestro works, but maestros are also always cleared asap at higher levels. And built proof cams work really good, but it still won't stop smoke planting and shit.

James Roush, vertical play with pre placed C4s and pulse, echo, throwing an ela to stall past the smoke clear, defensive smoke, c4s generally, Wamai and jager protecting Maestro, new tachanka, there are so many ways so stop a smoke plant. It just takes teamwork.

I used to play Glaz a lot when I first started siege, I always thought the bars meant that there was someone closer in proximity, so when they were full I would go for a wall bang. I got sooooooooooo many kills with that gun shooting bc I thought the gun was telling me people were behind the walls. It wasn’t until a lil while ago my mate told me it was to help u see through smoke ahahah

@@MisterK9739 No he fucking definitely fits in the fuckin' game lmao. Before they started changing every single map to be as anti-spawn peek as possible, he was a great counter to spawn peekers. As well as Glaz is perfectly viable, the problem is that gamers are the most inconsistent voice in the gaming industry. They sometimes don't realize what they want, and sometimes don't realize what they need. They'll bitch about Glaz being OP because people with better aim kill them, or they'll bitch about Glaz being too weak because they dont have aim enough to use him right. I use Glaz cosntantly and outshine people while rarely using my smokes. I more use the thermals as a way to more quickly identify targets while holding a window or something.

Buckshot shotguns dont have a headshot multiplier, it's all on how many pellets hit them, meaning it's better to aim center body near the crotch. Hope that clears things up

Unrelated to the video but his area denial is too much. 50 seconds of area denial gives him almost double what smoke has (30 sec) even goyo doesn't have that much if u put both of his shields covering 1 door and blew them at perfect timing
