I have the tanggula elite.... Several problems with this model..... Under app settings is no uninstall option...has every option but uninstall....Tried everything I know .... even got the APK version 18 from your website onto USB stick.....this version also does not have the broom 🧹 icon...... I'm not sure what is so ELITE about this model....is driving me crazy... Maybe could I send it to you and pay you a fixing fee..... What should the stream format be set to??..... and the player settings be set to ?? ..... Anything helps... Thanks
I tried to update my elite and it was at version 3.0.9.17 and tried to do what you said? All the things didn’t match! Now I have deleted evidently any operating system . Any ideas how I can install the current or working version.

The remote that comes with the X5 doesn't have a mic. If you get a remote with the mic option. It will be very limited, this box isn't setup for a mic.
Tanggula link was removed, so they sent me this update. This is the only way I can give you the update. Someone kept hitting the download button, so the link was getting overloaded.
