I cant prove it but I believe, that I was the first warden ever to sit inside a Battletank, as a young OCdt back than. As the colonials had the techadvantage they also brought out one Battletank to Tempest Island. As it was a low priority frontline the tank was crewed by a less experienced crew. Due to this I managed to enter the seat of the gunner during repairs and forced the colonials to destroy the tank. Not the first Battletank ever destroyed, but one of the first.
I remember being present for most of these events, it gives me headaches thinking about each shot from howitzer, cannon, and rifle alike. I might have an artificial form of PTSD for Foxhole xD
The Animation is great and very easy to understand for people who werent there at those events or don't played Foxhole at this. Only Regions- and Towns namens and it would look like the real Foxhole map. 8,5/10 Keep up Presscorps.. You are doing a great job with your missions to keeping us informed about incidents like this.

I was present for a good portion of these events along with all my =HSF= boys. Funnily enough I believe that this was the first war I really got involved in where I was on every day for double-digit hours - and it was truly an unforgettable one.
I really love comments like this. It's a damn shame my interview with the boys got left on the cutting room floor- Pringles was especially funny during that recording :D
@@sneakyboy8 I am very glad to hear that lad. Yeah you're probably seeing what we vets saw on that day with every foxhole sale. Alot of people who just don't know what they can do but want to help however they could. Thats pretty much why the A. S. S. succeed very well that day and in most of our good ops. We take the eager new bloods, point them at the right target.
Great video, very well done, but the image at 7:50 is inaccurate. The wardens did not have light tanks unlocked yet + the blueprints took hours to cook too. The light tanks we had at that pooint were stolen from colonials, that's how we could hold back the battle tanks from colonials + with squads or rocketlaunchers and stickys bois.Our tanks came 1-2 days later. I was there myself on westgate, awesome war!
Thanks Nekron! About the detail on the tanks, I decided to keep the visual as I mentioned how the Wardens were using captured LTs and how behind they were in tech. One of the things that didn't make it to the end product that would've helped allevoate this was a timeline visual for each story. I'm glad you enjoyed it, miss ya guys!
@@ross9865 the problem is, like Brain said, that there was no time line. So it can foncuse people and is unclear if this is the day we had tanks unlocked or not. I know as fact that we had light tanks unlocked the day we foght on longstone and the first blueprints still cooking while we foght the last hours in longstone on westgate.
@@GBhistory_PH yes a timeline would have helped, but I also think that would have been alot more work too. I can image that you already had alot research work to do for these videos.
07:40 so, the facts are heavily confusing, the first BT of the colonials fell on the loftmire front to the Artilley of 82DK. we actually have a entry for that, documented on the 25.12.2018 the first BT did not survive the loftmire front, as the video itself says at a later point
It's a funny story actually. What you thought was the first BT was actually a different one a few hours that replaced the first BT that went to Umbral - We know this because PressCorps was streaming, following that first BT all the while. It certainly scratched my head when I was looking through who might've used the first BT :D Edit: This first BT was made on December 21st, ~Day 212 based on the interview with Black Mamba.
Aye, an hour in real life is a day in-game, so when Dec. 12 to Dec. 31 is 451 hours irl, or 451 days in-game. So to imagine that one region being fought over for half the entire war is bonkers. Hope this helps!
