both are modifiers. general core rule: first multiply/divide then add/subtract. (there is an exception. If the +dmg is on the weapon profile. so lets say a d6+1 weapon. Then that does fully divide in the end. This is clearified in the rules commentary.)

Rules commentary MODIFIERS Modifiers are rules that change a numerical value from one value to another. This can include the result of a dice roll, the characteristics of a model, and more. This section details how to apply modifiers in your games. In all cases: 1. All modifiers are cumulative. 2. If a rule instructs you to change or replace one characteristic with a specified value, change the relevant characteristic to the new value before applying any modifiers that apply from other rules (if any) to the new value. 3. You must then apply division modifiers before applying multiplication modifiers, before applying addition and then subtraction modifiers. 4. Round any fractions up after applying all modifiers. Roll damage for the weapon, halve that from Necrodermis, then apply Melta bonus. Division before addition ps. Note this also means that any ability that sets damage to 0 still suffers Melta damage

There is a specific rule that states if a rule says it happens at the end of the command phase, it instead happens after the battleshock step - see "Rules Used at the end of the Command Phase"

Yeah sorry gingerninja is right. In the rules commentary page 13 (in English version) it states that end of command phase abilities have to be done after battleshock.

@@MrDodo-jp4mo reanimation protocols state" end of command phase", so would be after battle shock. Anything "in the command phase" happens during the command step before battle shock

The rules I have say "One other model from the same unit (in units of 2-6 models) | Two other models fromthe same units (in units of 7+ models)". Did they change this since release or are you miing it up with 9th Edition?

Battle shock is not at the start of the command phase.

@@MrStuffedowl ahh yeah, it's the state of battle shock that clears automatically at the start of the command phase, then appropriate checks on units that need to roll for it during the battle shock step. Reanimation protocols activate at the end of your command phase which means battle shock tests happen before reanimation protocols occurs.

Gw owes Titans a lot more than just some free models for all the money they've made because of the titans. Brian, bridge and Adrian brought thousands of people to the game during covid for nothing. @KylarTStern Them looking better is a subject of opinion. I just believe it's in bad form to use 3d printed models when that is the primary way GW loses money. Especially when you are getting support from the company itself.
