Bro. You have to tell full information about HRA. Who are getting HRA in their salary slip, they are not show any deduction under section 80GG. THEY HAVE TO SHOW DEDUCTION AFTER APPLYING 3 FORMULAS. They show deduction under section 10(13A) ONLY who are not getting HRA in their salary slip those are eligible for show deduction under section 80GG

So basically if the CTC is 7.5L we need not to pay tax as 50k is standard deduction so it will be considered as 7L only So no tax to be paid as per new regime. Is it??
