The advances in just a few years for AF are amazing. Thank you gentleman. Very reassuring as an AF sufferer, I will be taking a standard ablation soon I think here in England

In 2014 I had an ablation procedure. Before this procedure when my heart went out of rhythm, I ate jalapeño peppers to put my heart back in rhythm.

Very interesting, very encouraging. I have paroxysmal AF. Only one episode of note that lasted any more than 30 seconds but I’m likely to want an ablation at some point. I’m in no rush at the moment but Im exited about the new technology. Thank you 👍🏻

May I urge you, to get an ablation done sooner than later?...the success rate is best when you only have occasional bouts of AFIB...No doctor told me that, four years ago!...I would have jumped on an ablation back then!

@@curbozerboomer1773 yes the longer you leave it the harder it gets , the heart learns wrong way to beat etc I've had a cryoblation

This is great news...however...I have been in persistent AFIB for nearly two years now, and at the age of 75, I am scheduled for a "standard" ablation procedure in January. My proposed doctor, has told me that he is not, at this time , doing any of the pulse-type procedures....and I doubt if my insurance would embrace trying this newer tech out on me!...I am concerned about all this, but it is likely that I am stuck with the standard procedure...Time is not on my side!
