Their on a paper saving kick, as such Tecovas no longer includes the paper wrap and the envelop with the return and care instructions. Return info at the website. Those Cartwright's were looking good with that shine on the toe. I just bought the Brady, I love them.
If you're talking about the Earls, you might try giving them a good buffing with a horsehair brush. The goatskin has a lot of oil in it and buffing seems to pull the oil to the surface. I've found that light scuffs and marks from just bumping up against something wiil disappear with a brisk buffing. If that doesn't help, I'd contact Tecovas about an exchange.
my banderas were sent to me after someone else unboxed them and sent back. when i got them, seal on outer paper wrap was riped open, the toe packing was gone, no coozi, no envelope. the boots were fine and fit good so i kept them. i did send a email letting them know i paid for virgin packaging like everyone else. they offered a 10 percent, discount on next purchase. like that will ever happen. just ordered a pair of rujo boots.

I have wide feet and sometimes have to get a 9 1/2 in order for a shoe to fit in width. The Tecovas, however, are available in medium and wide. The wide in size 9 fits me well. I typically wear 9 wide so order what you normally wear. If, by some chance, they don't fit Tecovas will exchange them free of charge.
@@tedhart7708 I live in Europe and have to get the shoes to me via a courier. OK, you wear 9 or even 9 1/2, but how long are your feet? Unfortunately, the size of the shoes is of no use to me without the size of your feet. Can you tell me how long your feet are in inches? Then I can see if a 9 or 9 1/2 would also fit me.
