I foresee Silver still being who he was in S5, but maybe watered down as they may leave room for redemption.

Here's how I think Silver's reunion with Kreese will go down. Kreese: Well well. If it isn't the traitor. Silver: That's rich coming from you. You came to me claiming to want to relive the glory days, but you only did it because your former golden boy (Johnny Lawrence) wanted nothing to do with you. He wants nothing to do with you, he's past his rivalry with Larusso permanently and is buddy buddy with a Miyagi-do friend of his (Chozen) along our old acquaintance Mike Barnes, his blood son (Robby) is in his life now who's also over his issues with the Diaz kid (Miguel), heck, Lawrence is dating the kid's mom (Carmen). They're even having a baby. Kreese: ... (shocked). Silver: That's right. Lawrence is living the life without you in it while you're living in the past. This conversation will definitely crush Kreese's hubris since he thinks his way is the only way to succeed in life and Johnny living the good life and his former sensei having nothing to do with it will definitely destroy that warmonger.

Terry will be more evil and we will we see a darker side of Terry in s6 he might even hurt Johnny or Daniel in s6 this is just my opinion

I'm not surprised, because people like Silver are able to buy their way out of almost any situation. Kreese said it himself that Silver was tight with the DA. I understand your logic regarding the stunt that Johnny, Chozen, and Mike pulled. However, Tory and the others were getting evidence that Silver committed bribery, aggravated assault, and framing. How else were they supposed to get proof, because no police officer would believe them, and Raymond was too scared to confess. As for what Silver will do after his trial. He'll likely lose more than half his money this time, because he not only bought dozens of locations, but tons of training equipment, merchandise, and peoples loyalty too which costed some pretty pennies. He'll head to South Korea because not only will he lose a ton of his money, but his reputation as a sensei has been dragged through the mud so no one in the Valley will trust him. Once he arrives he'll reunite with Kreese and they'll but heads and agree to settle things with a death match or something like how Kreese fought against Captain Turner.

Me personally I don’t think that we will see until the last final few episodes of S6 but we will feel his presence (even if we don’t know it yet) throughout most of the episodes until he makes his appearance known. I think he’s going to get released while Miyagi Do is at the Seiki Teiki & when they return we are all going to be in a false sense of security until we see the damage that he’s already done: Burning down Miyagi Do and therefore setting up the real final battle. Terry Silver is one of the main villains in the story. Why wouldn’t Terry Silver return in Cobra Kai season six? Having Terry Silver locked up would’ve made no sense to the story whatsoever.
