@@ogboiviolet83 Thank you for your reply😊My doubt is about the planning station for a patient with uncontrolled asthma ,NEWS score is 0 and patient is stable.This was the senario i got for OSCE .I have written all the care for asthma , but unfortunately I lost for my planning station .And the reason they given was that I haven’t mentioned one specific care for uncontrolled asthma, which I couldn’t understand.Could you please help me ?My resit is on 17th of Nov.

@@ogboiviolet83 my scenario was like patient is stable ,no SOB,NEWS score 0.only thing is patient is breathless while walking or doing any activities.could you tell me what care plan i can write?

@@steffyjohn7956 one specific care can be : Assess patient breathing pattern Monitor observations and escalate as per NEWS policy Administer inhalers and nebuliser if prescribed and monitor it’s effectiveness Assist patient in comfortable position Encourage to do deep breathing exercises Allocate patient to have rest in between activities Educate patient the correct way of using inhalers Escalate to medical team if condition still persists Hope that helps
