This is the same video I posted before but with new video added. I was testing the Mercury 115 outboard after rebuilding the low pressure fuel pump. The outboard was dying after running for a few minutes. We could keep it going by pumping the fuel primer bulb. After taking the pump apart I saw that the 2 plastic discs between the diaphragms were broken off. I installed the diaphragm rebuild kit and the outboard ran great. Oh, we also fished and caught around 10 Blue Gill.
