English Translation :
The hidden valleys of Kyimo land,
Is the father land of Tsumpa people
Blessing this enchanting land every now and then,
Think not that your kins are not there.
Is there mother's tea, thukpa*, and sangong** in foreign land?
Can the soprano voice of a yong lady,
Be heard in the heart of a city ?
Are you not drawn towards the treasure of lama
Guru Chowang?
Did the great Yogi Milarepa's footprints,
Go out of your mind?
Forget not should you return to your place .
There is snow still not melting away.
The ageing phora moras are waiting for you at the road fringe.
The spiritual sound of Tsum monastery,
mu monastery and ra monastery, can still be heard even these days.
There aren't less in number of those who recite trantras.
Those mothers, saying that their children live in America and Europe
Are keeping up with tears and sweats intact,
Keeping this hope along, and along.
