Mr Ray Mike's smart again that's a good looking charger I had 2 68 chargers at one time one was an RT and one was just a 383 car I sure miss him I restored them they turned out nice but that's a good looking car I'm so glad you're out on your own and away from that stupid that you had to work for all that time you're going to do good I'm proud of you and you're in my prayers and I'm happy for you have a blessed day sir
This 68 Charger reminds me of a nearly identical car I saw back in 1983. I was a kid in high school. The med student was selling his CALIFORNIA car 1968 Charger R/T-orange color-440 magnum. Auto on the floor. He was asking $3500.00 at that time. The car looked nearly showroom condition. He gave my cousin and me a ride in the car. PLENTY of horsepower from the 375 hp 440. 3500 bucks. That car today would easily fetch 70 to 80 g's.
Awesome ride bro 😎 Maxwell, Texas says 🙋🏼♂️ hi. I wish there was some one near heart for good advice. I appreciate your time and effort on these rides.
Hey Dave, nice find. Don't know how people are still finding Charger R/T's but I'm looking forward to seeing this Restoration. Just wondering when you departed GYC ?
The R/T stands for Road and Track which is a performance package that included a high performance engine, duel exhaust system, heavy duty suspension, limited slip differential with performance gear ratio, special badging and decals to name a few.
