Recorded October 1976 in Cleveland on the Million Dollar Legs tour with guitarist Marlon J. Graves stepping up to perform the unenviable task of replacing Allan Holdsworth. I saw this lineup at the Santa Monica Civic and they were on fire. Marlon was playing a black Strat and killing it, very much his own man, not trying to cop Holdsworth and doing an admirable job. With Tony Newton on bass, Alan Pasqua on keyboards, and the late great Eye of the Hurricane on drums, TONY WILLIAMS.

Marlon is a good cat. I hung with him for a spell during the '90's through the early 2k's...

Marlon is a nice player but back then he didn't have the harmonic chops to stand next to Allan Holdsworth .
