In today’s video I open the new Topps Euro 2024 sticker starter pack ahead of its official launch this week!
For the first time ever, Topps are producing UEFA Euro stickers making this one of the most anticipated sticker collections of some time! 🤩
The official launch is the 4th April here in the UK but I have managed to get my hands on the starter pack a whole week early! With that in mind I am so excited to open it and show you what is inside! 😁

It is fair to say that UEFA Euro stickers hold a special place in my heart as it was the Panini Euro 2020 sticker collection that got me back into collecting! ❤️

totally agree it looks awful and the licensing issue also, The design just looks tacky to me. Why are the stickers so small too?? I was looking forward to collecting the stickers for the tournament but im not spending £100's of pounds to complete an album that looks shit.

It is unforgivable that the Euro 2024 sticker album contains teams that did not qualify. How is it possible? For this, it would have been better to have done a Road to Euro... The official Euro collection must only include the teams that qualified! Otherwise, it loses its meaning. Not to mention the licensing problems, but that is also the fault of UEFA, which allowed negotiations to be individual, between Federations and Topps.

I tend to agree here pal - always felt the quality was a little better in the EPL sticker album compared to UCL - but Topps cards for me are miles ahead, especially chrome!

It doesn't look very attractive to be honest. It seems as if they rushed the collection for God knows what reason. The designs are poor, the unlicensed Italy, England, Germany, France thing is incredibly bizarre, the inclusion of the teams that are not playing the Euros cause, as pointed out, they couldn't wait a few weeks. I'm definitely not doing this collection.

I think this might be the most controversial product we’ve seen for some time! The licensing is stinky, but that’s the fault of UEFA letting national sides split the licenses, so feel for Topps at this part. However, I do totally agree with you when it comes to the inclusion of teams not playing in the Euros! I would have much rather waited another month or so and had the complete team sets - it just doesn’t look quite right in the album. Thanks for sharing your thoughts pal!

20:48 I heard the ‘how the fuck I am gonna say that name’ in your voice haha, so I’ll teach you: The first part of his name ‘Geer’ is pronounced like the English word ‘Gear’, but with a hard G. The second part of his name is ‘trui’. I know in English you havent the Dutch ‘ui’ sound, so you can say it like ‘uhh’. So for you it’s ‘truhh’ and the last part ‘da’ is just ‘da’. Gear-truhh-da, is for English speakers the most easy way to say it understandable.

you say it doesnt make a difference the unlicensed teams not showing the kits but it does because the album doesnt look uniform or consistent then. Just my opinion. I want to see the england kit. The should have stickers with the home and away kits on too.

It’s an interesting one this and I totally get your point of view - I have OCD with this sort of thing 🤣 It’s a rubbish situation all in all and personally I am not a fan with nations having exclusive licenses - you do not get it with professional teams in most sports! Interestingly, England were actually unlicensed in the 2012 Euro album and all the players have blank kits - as Topps held the England liscence! So this situation has happened before but with social media now much bigger than before, this years collection has probably taken a lot more heat! Thanks for sharing your opinion pal - good to gauge how everyone feels about what is one of the most controversial albums of some time!

Oh and btw, parallels unfortunately are in the collection. The Belgium sticker was a parallel. The Spain badge sticker is the base one.

So I believe they have the rights to Euro 2024 and 2028! The World Cup however, is still with Panini!

I’m glad you did a video because it’s made my mind up about the album and I most certainly won’t be buying it. Got to be honest it looks shit. Panini should have been given it. This is awful looks like a 3 year old designed it.

On 11th April Panini are releasing an England Tournament Edition stickers collection with players from England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain only, for licensing reasons only. It's a 387 sticker collection and it's Panini so it will be cheaper to collect and of better production quality so do like me and forget Topps in favour of this, out on Thursday

I have to say, F********* Topps this is to bad to be around :( for the first time in 39 years i'm not excited at all with this collection :( I will do it just to keep going, but not more than 1 time this year.

I have had a close look at this online and it looks quite poor. I have to say that if Panini were doing this they would have had a road to Euro collection available first and then released an official album containing the qualified teams only in May. I am an avid collector of Panini going back to World Cup '78 but to me this looks like a poor imitation of what Panini could have introduced for all of us. For continuity purposes I will be looking to collect the England Tournament Edition Sticker Collection which comes out this Thursday 11th April. If I am being honest I feel a little betrayed by this when I have racked up 46 years of World Cup and European Championship Stickers collections produced by Panini!! Disappointed to say the least

They came in Croatia 2 days ago and it is total rubbish. I am not even sure will I collect. First they don't even have licance for Germany, England, Italy, France... that is for me the biggest minus. Parallel stickers another rubbish, just more dead sticker that I can't put in album but I wouldn't want to give them away. Some legends sticker are white and some are silver( I don't think those are parallel because i saw silver legend sticker with purple part which should be parallel). Also there are some gold sticker with and without signature, both should be parallel I think.

Panini have lost the liscence so they will not be making Euro stickers this year! They are releasing an England tournament collection though!

They are releasing an England Tournament edition 2024 sticker collection from this Thursday which includes players from England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain as these are the teams which Panini have retained the License to produce the official stickers for. So unlike the Topps album the players are in the official kits. It is a 387 sticker collection which will be cheaper to collect and unfortunately knowing that it is Topps will be of a better quality than the Topps produced collection. I am staying loyal to Panini and skipping the Topps collection your choice up to you,all the best

Panini are releasing a 100% official England tournament edition album on the 11th. It's including England and the other 3 teams that Topps didn't get the licence to (Germany, Italy, France).

I am curious about the gold stickers. Some have signatures, some dont. How does that work? Are they like some parallels? What do I do if I stick one without a signature and then get one with a signature? I cant just rip the old one apart.

European and World Cups! Panini is and will always be the best company in this sector, even if it has its problems. I hope that this "achievement" by Topps will make Panini open their eyes and at the World Cup, in 2 years' time, they will present a proper collection.

Has anyone been able to find any information about the parallel stickers? I can't find anything anywhere and I dont want to be sticking anything in yet. At least with Panini you knew that when you got a shiny that was that. Topps have taken the fun away from opening packs and completing your album.

I must honestly say that the design and quality of the stickers are horrible and the fact that topps doesn’t have the licenses of the four most powerful nations such as England, France, Italy and the host none other than Germany makes it more horrible Still, I'm not going to make this collection, it's not worth spending a single euro on this!!!
