New Transgender Rules Call for Biological Males in Female Spaces

The Biden administration issued two new transgender rules last month to allow biological males in female bathrooms and to force some insurance companies to pay for transgender procedures.
The Department of Education redefined "sex" in Title IX to include "gender identity," or "an individual's sense of their gender." Congress established Title IX in 1972 providing females the same opportunities as their male counterparts in sports and other school activities up through college. Now, critics say these changes will harm the very people this historic legislation was intended to protect.
The Heritage Foundation's Sarah Parshall Perry told CBN News the new rule violates the very foundation of Title IX.

You should see what it's like in Minnesota. I'm so glad I pulled my kids from in person schooling. It's all over in Minnesota, of course it is...trans refuge state. Oh enrollment is down for public schools in person..... wonder why? The list goes on and on why enrolment in public schools is down so many to list I wont start but I"m sure you already have a good idea.

This will make a great story for you. Hey, you can break this story. Title 9 was written and passed by the elitist academe who want to get sports our of "their universities". Why, something physical like sports is beneath them and they hate having to associate with sports in their universities. They have been having meetings to achieve getting rid of all sports in universities for about 200 years now. Title 9 was written so that, if there are not as many women's sports as there are men's sports, then you have to shutdown all men's sports. It was written in the 1970s, while I was in college and there were not many women's sports so the elites thought it would quickly shut down all men's sports. The people in the sports departments read it while they were trying to get it passed and outflanked the elites. They did away with all of the men's sports that were not very popular and used that money to fund women's sports, while recruiting women from their campuses and high schools to participate in those sports. By the time the law became effective, the schools had as many women's sports as they did men's sports so the elites' plan failed. What those elites are doing with the transgender thing is they are trying to drive women out of women's sports so there won't be any true women's sports so they can use Title 9 to get rid of all college sports. You can research this and I can provide you with more intel, if you want the rest of the story.

The TRANS ATHLETES should be encouraged to compete in the SIDE EVENTS, such as the MIXED RELAYS, STEEPLECHASE, and "athlons" (triathlon, pentathlon, decathlon). (The Trans Athletes could seriously win all the SIDE EVENTS, and nobody would worry... LOL 😅) The Coaches need to take the initiative, and appropriately direct MIXED GENDER ATHLETES to MIXED GENDER EVENTS.
