So far I am striking out convincing my wife that number 1 This is a high performance machine and not a toy. Number two that I need it, Gotta have it, So badly want it. Number 3 We gotta redecorate our living room with styrofoam rock, waterfall with lagoon, small river, couple bridges and tunnels😂 So stoked, Can’t wait👍
Stoked Traxxas entered the ring with a 1/18th scale rig! Gonna wait to see if they do a C10 or even an old Bronco. Price is totally on point, the electronics look great, will have to pick up one for my son as well. Bravo Traxxas, bravo!
I was thinking the same thing lol. I have 3 1/24 scale crawlers and was wanting a 1/18 but didn’t really care for any of them that are available. Then traxxas goes and does this 😂 my son will have one too
Enough with the jeeps..there are so many other awesome trucks out there..the bronco and defender and the jeeps are getting old...I would love to see the first gen Toyota pickup or even the new 4runner
This, is by far the best update from Traxxas in a while. I must say your latest releases have been cool but nothing over whelming. This, price point, after market options and over all presentation and features is really good. I think it’s a great way to go and has the ability to do really well. I can’t wait to try one.
@@abingham3747 well there's no doubt that companies will most likely make and sell them as aftermarket parts. I can't to see what this little thing opens up
@@trailblazer8380 I won't know. I won't be buying one since they dropped the ball so hard on this. I have my SCX24'S on RC4WD portal axles. I dont need this turd.
Those shots are amazing, it makes the car look bigger than 1/18. Love the indoor course that someone made. I've had the original trx-4 for five years, but then stripped it down for spare parts. This has got to be the best video you guys have made on this channel. This is a game changer and a must have for me! Rock On TRAXXAS!!! 🔥🔥😃😃❤💯👍👍
I bought an orange Bronco. It goes almost everywhere! The light kit is cool, too. Headlights, day-time running lights, tail lights/breaking lights, and hazard lights. It came with driving/fog lights. 100% waterproof ! Fast charger is actually very fast, too. Bought an extra fast charger and two more batteries. Inexpensive fun!
Couldn't decide on the Bronco or Defender so I bought both. Very pleased, these drive and handle like the 1/10 scale. I hope new bodies are in the future.
@@Fredward1986 100% I just rebuilt mine recently with all new bearings etc. Did break it on Sunday driving over a military tank which was part of a crawler course lol.. cheap fix though 👍💪
Traxxas, very impressed with your product line. Its given my family (and me) several hours (more like days) of fun. Combine that with product support. Working with you guys has been great. Seeing this release (and others recently) is encouraging. I've said this before but you guys make a novice (me) look brilliant in RC. Your batteries and chargers also the best in RC, my opinion. Good job guys keep up the great work. We here in Minnesota enjoy it. Cheers!!!
I see how Traxxas is trying to tackle all of the other RC companies. But I realize this back when they made the sledge! They give new RC enthusiast options and also cater to the people who prefer Traxxas over other companies! Beautiful video, can’t to see hop-ups!❤️
@@MrGrimCarnage I was supposed to buy one but the guy sold it😩. I have an FJ Cruiser that I love and built a TRX4 to match it, but I wish i could put an IFS on it to make it match my full sized version. You’re a lucky guy to have an FJ40! One day..
Hi Traxxas, I have a suggestion. I would love to see the monster buggy revived. Not many even remember the monster buggy. The thing was the biggest beast you offered at that time. I'd love to see it return with a fresh Prographix look and bigger, better engine and parts. Thing would be a LEGEND. Thanks for all you have done in the rc community and keep up the good work 👍
i was thinking about getting getting a redcat gen 7 for Christmas this year but nah im def getting that bronco its soooooo fricken cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I own the orange Bronco, great crawler. Be sure to purchase the $5 slow crawl gearset. Some aluminum bead locks and 1.0 Scrambler tires, this rig pretty much goes anywhere. Added a bit of brass, that helped also...all in all, I will be purchasing another Traxxas TRX4M Bronco...
I'm a Traxxas' fan. I've 2 TRx4 Defender 2 Trx6 3 Traxxas SnapOn .... and now I'm counting days to buy the new TRx4 1:18 models. I want both of them Defender and Ford Bronco.. This new cars will be a sales hit. I wait that Traxxas is ready to take a great volume of sales
I'm an outsider of the RC world. Just taking an interest. Looking in. Been looking at the TRX4 1:10 chassis and the plethora of upgrades. It's an amazing scene. These little crawlers are an insanely good idea.
You could never go wrong with the Trx 4 1:10. I have a sport, a sport with a lift and tons of other mods and the 79 blazer trx4. It’s a great performer right out of the box. And as you sort of mentioned there are endless mod and performance parts and bodies.
@@byronwins1034 I find it all fascinating. The TRX platform is a revelation to me. Recently watched a video on the hobbywing quickrun fusion motor upgrade and what it does. I've been thinking a lift kit with all the rods made of carbon fibre would be an excellent upgrade. Allowing the saved weight to be added to the axles. A lift kit that would probably have a lower centre of gravity compared to the stock. Carbon Fibre rod is relatively cheap. I have a custom body in mind, I'd like to make. The trx4 chassis kit is appealing.
@@geraldmaybebaby1585 the lift kit definitely needs some weight down low. And I actually widened it a bit as well. With out those things I was on my lid a ton. Ended up buying the softest springs I could find as well. I put the proline Jeep body on mine, actually cut an inch or more off of the rear of the frame to tuck the rear bumper to about where it is supposed to be. Gave an amazing steep angle in the rear for climbing. I only bought one rtr and the others I built from new removed parts from eBay and added the electronics of my choosing as well.
