I'm hepatitis B positive, I already know that my SGPT/ALT is slightly high since 2008.. 44.5 u/L. I ask my wife to be tested HBsAg but she is Non-reactive. My case at this very moment may cause to decline my application for working visa. I already suffering discrimination ever since. No one would hire me. I'm alive but fells like I'm already dead. I just want to live in this world peacefully. Having this situation is not what i wanted. But still life's goes on. Hoping the discrimination of having Hepatitis B ends. We still human.

Hb might be cleared completely if you immune system is strong enough to fight back !! Eat well , don't drink alcohol and work out ! .

If anybody infected hbv by birth then that person would completely cleared when treatment comes.

My Hbsag test negative after 3 months of exposure. Is that conclusive or do i need to retest after 6 month. By per CDC guidelines they mentioned hbsag can be detectable by early as 1 weeks late as 9 weeks.

Yes you are right!, that will be better, if you can do another test in after 6 months to know the that it is detected or not.

I am a chb patient i am taking tenofovir tab almost 6months . I check my viral load for it myself, but its non reactive. I don't know what about that.

It means . your HBV DNA and HBsAg both are into inactive mode. DNA blocked and unable to replicate the virus, your WBC creates enough antibodies against the virus due to taken this anti viral medications keep it up..

@@hemapriya.l7726 No, your doctor will tell you when to stop the medicine. Anti-viral medication always go in long terms like 1-2 years or more depends on the patients conditions.

hbsag level high means viral replication would be high which is dangerous to the liver. So, you need to follow up the treatment in every 6 months.

In some cases it is seen developed cirrhosis or liver failure in the liver even liver enzymes is normal. So you need to do other medical tastes like: 1) liver fibroscan/ USG 2) ALT/AST 3) AFP 4) HBV DNA 5) HBsAg 6) HBcAb Above these tastes are required to do tastes for every chronic hbv patients in every 6 months-1 year as per your doctor suggested.

Sir I am hep b infected tenofovir treatment for 25month liver is fibrosis lft test ot/pt is maximum 50and my report is 45/50 USG is normal bilirubin few high 2.3 maximum 1.2 and my right upper abdomen is mind pain sir please tell me the fibrosis reverse balance deit

Don't worry bro.maitain healthy diet.avoid coffee,cool drinks cakes, readymade foods.and non -veg

Do regular exercise at least 1 hour if you physically fit. Avoid sugar based foods, red meat, alcohol, deep oily foods. dont take heavy foods at night. After lunch or dinner try to walk for 10 minutes. It will be reversed.
