Hey Jason, I drove a 90 something "Freightshaker" for a while with a series 60 Detroit. Had trouble once with the computer module that is mounted inside the frame rail between the engine & frame on the drivers side. Had to wash underhood daily because of quarry working environment & the module got water in it & the computer wouldn't allow the engine to start. Do they need to be aware of this problem when washing underhood or have you ever experienced this problem on Freightliner trucks?

@@twointhewest Those older Detroit’s did have some issues with water intrusion into the ECM, but I believe theirs has a Cummins M11 and those really never had problems like that so they should be in good shape

Goodonya' guys... couldn't have come to a more deserving team. Smiles all round for a plain finished, used & a little bit neglected, BIG box of family fun. Just the team to bring it to a perfect representation of their clean modest self. Obviously all the basics of function & convenience are there along with big potential. A perfect extension to the new shop, and I can't wait to see it all set up at work in the pits. Nice rig. I have a class C motor home. When my kids were little they pretty much took over the bunk over the cab. They loved it. Both of them slept there. Made a little fort up there. Tip: cut up some plywood squares to put under your leveling jacks. In soft ground the jacks will just push right into the soil. Also install a camera at the highest point on the rig facing forward so you can check overhead clearances. You know bridges and awnings and a camera right over your hitch and one on each corner of your rear bumper. You can get monitors that will do a 4 screen split.

Awesome addition to the team. Hopefully there's someone other than joseph qualified to drive it. Hate to see joseph drive then climb in the car and race 100 laps, then have to drive back home. Sweet rig boyz!!! Go by people who install flooring, a lot of them put the carpet they take out close to the rd, cut strips of the used flooring to put down for the weekends, then replace those as needed, keep the floors cleaner!😉
