New tyres on the Fatboy 

Flatter bars would make it much better. Look at Merlin and the difference between the beach bars and my straight bars

Straighter bars would help pull you forward just like Merlin.

Maybe upgrade to HH sintered pads. I noticed a good difference on my old Thruxton after putting these on

New tyre day always rocks.... I can only imagine how it must have transformed the bike if the old ones were 12 years old! :D
