In most cases you'll apply same as if the person is British. In some very special cases you can apply under EU Settlement Scheme. But for that you have to show 'reasonable grounds' why didn't you apply before 30 June 2021.

Skilled work visa per salary increase ho rahi hai 4th April se. You salary should be minimum £38,700. Yes you can bring your dependants.

You need to prove extra money for children, you’ll need to prove an extra: £3,800 a year for the first child £2,400 a year for each additional child you have after the first child If the total amount you’d need to earn based on your children would be more than £29,000, you only need to prove you make £29,000 a year.

Actually, sir, b4 11 April, husband apply k liye gae 18600 thi.. and for 1 kid, 3800 , for 2nd kid 2400 and for 3rd 2400 total 27,200.. but home address change hony ki wajha se apply nahi hopaya because jab tax pay kiya tha tab dosry ghr me reh rahy thy..bad me ghar change kiya and council tax new address ka tha .. then after 11 the requirement was 29000 with all kidz ... but now they r saying ye b not enough hy means k 29000 apki saving amount hota chahye... ismy kharchy include na hon.. so now my husband is in trouble and making an effort to another work .. do u get my point... plz do mention if u have another better idea ??
