So the New rule will be implemented from the 11th April as for new announcements. As my wife's 6th payslip will be on the 5th April, if we apply on the 6th of April will it be with current rule of £18600? We are worried because if it takes a while to book the vfs appointment for biometrics and it will be after the 11th of April, will it still count as for day of application? Or it will start from day of biometrics? Or is it that for the immigration rules counts from day of application but from countdown to approval starts after biometric appointment? And as we will pay for priority service it will be 30 days from the biometric appointment? Can you advise me what is correct and wrong?
I think it’s a bad idea to dilute the student quality chasing £££. Other countries such as the US and India have such policies and as a result students find themselves placed in courses which they’re forced to drop out. You don’t want a civil engineer designing bridges or an aerospace engineer building planes based on degrees they weren’t qualified to get in.
Hi mam, if my employer starts visa processing in April 1st week with a salary of 26200 . And the April 2nd week the minimum salary threshold 38700 is implemented, so do my visa get rejected ?
