Anybody notice in challenges that alot of times when you complete the challenge, they do not give you the star that you completed it? This is happening alot and I hope they are aware of this! Anybody else getting this?
Love to see multi camera angle replays/saves and a deep course by course stat section like in EG. The game engine itself is great, so much to build on for the future. Like to see you get an opportunity for some time with the lead designer like Apex got...i think he could have asked a lot more questions and put forward some better ideas himself. .
Thank you so much Ryan for the video going over the latest update! The best RU-vid channel for all things video golf! I totally agree with you about the AI pairing going off with incredible scores. I had Patrick Cantlay birdie 10 holes in a row!! Plus hoping that the commentary gets fixed with giving wrongs scores. It’s annoying sometimes. I watched ApexHounds video and I believe they are working on the cup lip out issues. That is my other issue on my list. Cheers!!
Look, I'm glad for this channel. But the thing that sucks is that we NEED videos like this to explain things that EA should put out documentation on. Someone tell them there's such thing as PDFs and they don't have to waste 50 cents printing out those exorbitant 5 page manuals to explain.... nothing.
Still no turn based play in online private matches? Can everyone log in to EA and open a case and complian about this like i have done. More people who do the better!
After about 6 rounds of golf i made it to level 25 on the pro pass... I'm not a fan of premium passes either but this one is structured well so i caved and bought it

Better late than never, I ALWAYS say with EA! Almost all the features that should have been at launch 2 yrs late Excellent job done by Craig's team at EA, it's looking &feeling like a Great golf game
Agreed. All the features that make a good golf game were not in the game at launch. I purchased the game on day 1 and played that day. Have not played since. Im still waiting for clubhouses (clans) that should have also been included at launch
Does anyone know if the Pro Pass is a one time purchase? I purchased the passed for $10. The season end in 35 days from the time of typing this. Will I have to buy the Pro Pass again, come next season? In CoD, you could save up enough Tokens from within the pass, to purchase another. But this pass doesnt work like that..
I want to do 2 rounds for non majors and 4 four majors. One doesn't seem that much better than 5 holes. But it's an improvement. I don't mind premium passes. They have to make money. They said they're mot making a 2024 version of the game, so if we're going to get new courses, Ryder Cup, major courses from next year, President's Cup, etc they need to get live service income.
At $70 a copy and probably hundreds of thousands of copies sold, believe me, EA $port$ is making money. These are things that were, and should be available without having to pay real-world money. And if they really need extra cash to build those new courses, then how about just charging for the courses themselves that way those of us who have plenty of courses and don't care about having up-to-the-minute tournaments can just do our thing. I don't care about having Michael Jordan's hat or Scottie Scheffler's Super Mega Putter for F***s sake! I just want the XP so I can level my player up without paying more money or playing the game 20 hours a week until I need a thumb transplant. Should have seen this coming along with other stupid profit-making ideas like Ultimate Team. They could have left well enough alone but they had to squeeze just a little more $$$$ by saying, "Why should we make it convenient for people to level up with XP when we can just make them BUY more points? Brilliant!"
@@tomservo75 You don't have to pay real world money. You do not need this pass for anything. An exp level on the pass is 6700 xp. That is like what, playing 6 holes of golf. At the level my golfer is right now, you can add up all the exp on the premium part and my golfer wouldn't gain one level. You hardly need this.
so are saying if this goes for 5 years before a new pga tour comes we get no replays the whole time? do ppl think they dont have replays cause of the bugs that happen in the game?

How do you purchase the pro pass? Is it worth it to purchase it? I don’t have any of the green tickets or anything. How much is it to buy ? Didn’t see it in the store 😊
So you have to buy the premium currency in the in-game store, it is 1000 premium currency which is about 9.99 USD. But Honestly I do not really think it is worth it personally, because the Free has so much stuff in it already. I already have premium currency from the deluxe edition so I will be getting it, but I would not be if I did not already have it.
@@GamerAbility okay so how do you unlock the items in the free tier. What modes do you have to play. I mainly play career mode. I just setting using the right stick coming from 3 click.
I did see the rewards tab. It only shows up when you have a reward to redeem. I think though that the "Pro Pass" does not count as a reward, they've taken all the XP (seems like to me) from the daily challenges and replaced with Pro Pass tokens so you don't see reward as often. Still sucks I like the old system better. Leave it to EA to "fix" things that need to be left alone while leaving real bugs alone.
So it is 1000 Premium currency which would be around $9.99 USD. I already have some premium currency from the deluxe edition of the game so that is the only reason I will get the premium. The Free already has a lot of stuff on it, I do not really feel the need to get premium personally. If I did not already have the premium currency, I would have just stick with the free. But I am not one who usually gets the premium passes for games, usually just stick to the free tier.
I was sad to not have 2 rounds yet either. Very surprised they would add 1 round options but not 2 or 3 round options. Fingers crossed that it comes soon!
This Pro Pass garbage looks totally stupid, poorly implemented and just a money grab for EA. And what are tickets? And what the hell is a Scottie Sheffler club spec and why should I care? I just want XP to level up, I don't care about some Michael Jordan hat! And it's so confusing they say x points to next "node" whatever that means and you can't see how many tokens you have on that screen and why are there still green points displayed on there and why did they take the XP on the challenges and replace it with these stupid token thingies? Can't we just refuse updates and leave well enough alone? Why does EA always "fix" what isn't broken and ignore what is?
