I have i5 3470 gtx 1660 ti 16gb of ram i get 2-90 fps in game is it the cpu that is the problem? if i upgrade to a I9 10900k will it stop the lag spikes and give me higher fps

@@domxrayou already maximize the potential of a the 1660Ti with the 2600, if I were you I’d save up for am5 so that you could hop onto another socket, and have ddr5
