Hello! My dvr NIC settings get auto changed from WLAN0 to LAN1 when i click on apply settings and get back to the main screen, the dvr remains online and even streams live video for couple of minutes but after that i am not able to view any live video on my hikconnect app .can u help me with that. Thanks

I tried configuring it using the video tutorial but what I noticed is that I can only view if I am connected to the router used with the DVR alone. But could not connect if I was using another internet network on my phone. What could be the reason?

You are using local ip not public ip.
