As you guys know, Rappa is the only new character coming in the 2.6 banner. Rappa is a five-star Imaginary character who follows the path of Erudition, and she’ll be in the first phase. She’s going to be a broken character with insane break damage! I’m super excited for her, and her character design looks amazing to me.
It’s going to be tough to decide whether to save for Sunday or pull for her as well.
Now, onto the rerun characters.
According to recent leaks, there are changes in the rerun lineup. In the first phase, we’re getting three five-star characters rerunning, just like in version 2.5.
Aventurine is finally getting his rerun, along with Daddy Ratio, and they’re dragging Seele for her rerun as well! I thought Seele’s rerun would happen in 2.7, but according to these leaks, it’s happening early. That’s a win for all the Seele wanters out there!
That’s all for the first phase.
Now, let’s move on to the second phase.
Yep, it’s more rerun characters. In the second phase, it’s expected we’ll see either Silver Wolf or Blade’s rerun.
I really hope this time we get my man Blade’s rerun! I desperately want him, and now they’re putting him together with Rappa, making it super tough to choose who to pull for.
Remember, these are still leaks, and there’s a chance things might change, but it’s likely that the banner lineup will stay as expected.

According to leaks from Sakurahaven, version 2.7 is going to last longer, about 7 weeks. But remember, these are early leaks, so take this with a grain of salt. Also, this extension is only expected for version 2.7; version 2.6 should remain unchanged.
Now, let’s dive into the 2.7 banner.
According to leaks from Iris, the most awaited character-yes, it’s none other than our boy Sunday-is coming in the first phase of 2.7. He’s expected to be a five-star Imaginary character, following the path of Harmony, according to leakers.
His kit leaks aren’t fully revealed yet, but there’s a fun leak from #404 sources, though they aren’t super reliable. The leak says Sunday’s kit revolves around stacking multiple buffs on one character and spamming his skill for maximum uptime. It’s likely an attack percent buff, with his skill giving energy, since his Light Cone buffs damage percentage.
It sounds interesting, but since it’s not from a reliable source, I’m holding off on trusting it until we get confirmation. What do you guys think? Are you as excited for Sunday as I am?
That’s all about Sunday. Now, for the reruns, based on recent leaks and some speculation:
As I mentioned in previous videos, Boothill has a high chance of getting his rerun in this patch, and I still believe that. Alongside him, Firefly has a chance of getting her first rerun, as she was released in version 2.3, and if she doesn’t rerun in 2.7, it will have been four patches. HoYoverse tends to rerun new characters fairly early, so I expect her in this patch. Lastly, Dan Heng IL might also get his rerun if we see a triple banner in 2.7.
Now, let’s discuss Tingyun’s new form kit leaks and her release date.
According to Zleaks, Tingyun’s new form will be a five-star Fire character that follows the path of Nihility-yes, you heard that right. We’ve also got some info on her Ultimate and Talent.
In her new form, Tingyun usually has one tail, but when she uses her Ultimate, she’ll have many tails! If there are no changes to her kit, Tingyun’s Talent will provide a permanent superbreak in some way.
So far, she’s looking like a must-pull for me, but I’ll probably skip her for Sunday.

Lastly, according to a reliable source, Mr. Reca is not coming in version 2.7 alongside Sunday and Tingyun.
We also have a leak from Iris about Reca’s elements-he’s a Fire Destruction character. I think that’s fine since we’re getting both Tingyun and Sunday in version 2.7, so delaying Reca’s banner shouldn’t have much impact.
