Do you know if John does installs in his garage? I'll be down in San Diego next month. I'd like to get one of these on my 2013 ZL1. Just not comfortable about drilling into my spoiler. Love your channel by the way!

With the new hardware bolts do you still need to install the rivets? or can you just drill the bolts into the blade spoiler on the 1LE?

+04impalasport you have to mount the Wicker with the Rivnuts. The bolts mount into the rivnuts.

MrGfields38104 My best suggestion would be to buy a cheap project car to tinker with. That way if you fuck something up, you haven't ruined your nicer, more expensive car. Get involved with the forums and Facebook communities that are made up of owners of your type of car. There's always someone willing to help. Most important thing is to keep watching videos like this and never stop asking questions. Oh, and don't forget to have fun! Cheers!

I never seen a camaro with acs or 1le spoiler in person so it's hard to decide which one to get. Hopefully a factory spoiler is not too expensive

I was confused by your explanation on the carbon fiber, sorry. To clarify, are you saying that what he is planning on doing, as well as what C7 Carbon and AC are doing, is using a faux carbon fiber wrap or actually laying real carbon fiber on it?

He has a basic CF wrap he is offering now, but he will have a full CF option that is a layered setup like Anderson and C7Carbon in a month or so.

LethalGarage oh okay thanks. It sounded to me like you were implying Anderson is simply a CF vinyl wrap covered by a clear wrap.. had me scratching my head as to why my splitter and diffuser were so much haha

+Alex Roy as a FYI, Anderson is a multi layered CF and not pure CF part. Real, pure CF would cost 3-4x in price.

I just received the new wicker bill , I understand that the base layer's hole bore (3/8) sits outside the riv nuts shoulders, but I want to ask about the clear second outer layer, the holes are 3/8's large but the screws are very small, what keeps everything from shifting around during road vibrations and car washes within the hole's bore as the screws are much smaller.? And also the screws length are all the same, is there enough grip length for the screws that are used for the double layer.? What maintains alignment, Is there a set of step down bushings or reducers, to keep the second layer hardware centered.? Thanks,
