Musselman spoke with reporters on the fourth day of offseason practice. He hit on team building, the transfer portal and his early impressions of the roster.
As a Hog fan, I have to say it was a bit of a wild ride on the Muss Buss, but it was a lot of fun in March and most fans hated to see him go. He brought our program back into prominence in a very tough conference...hopefully, he will do the same for USC in the Big 10.
yall will be much improved! Great coach, needs to control his emotions a little bit but it will be fun for sure. Good luck on a new era and give him the NIL, He'll have yall beating #1's and making deep runs. WPS
I agree Cal seems more relaxed energetic and focused. Muss seems more fired up. Would like to see both teams play a home and home series in the future. I believe it would be great great one.
Sniffing around for a different job all year ruined the Arkansas season last year. Lost control of the locker room. His leaving and being able to sign Calipari has reenergized the fan base and program at Arkansas. Good luck Muss but Arkansas is better off with you.
Not gonna miss his kindergarten coaching…just wait until the players start yelling and cursing him. Notice how nobody from Arkansas followed? It’s funny how other coaches left a program and the top players followed them. They all went to other schools.
Muss doesn’t know how to coach a big man and he really doesn’t recruit them. Arkansas had the weakest big men in the country . Great recruiter but he pretty much gave up on his team at Arkansas last year which made the team not care.
